You’ve found the only 3 bedroom, 3 bath at Sabine! We may be biased, but also the most appealing one. The owner of this gem wanted something no one else had- a 3 bedroom at Sabine. It’s a combination one and two bedroom with two entrances, one of those entrances leads into a king bedroom; leave that one for party animals in the group that come in late or the couple that goes to bed too early, ha!
While most of our managed condos are Gulf side, we are highly fond of Sabine. The views are just as spectacular and can actually be more serene. You can see lights at night, instead of the darkness of the ocean. Of course, it wouldn’t be complete without some beach! Sabine is just steps away from the white sands of the Gulf. And why not take advantage of the tennis courts or outside grilling/lounge area while you’re at it?

Tennis Courts are rare on P'cola Beach....but this one has two courts and Basketball too. Bring your boat with you. Free parking for trailer and boat launch is right there. A boat slip at the dock is also available.

Would have liked a heads up to look for a check-in information email (we were on vacation prior to arriving at the condo and did not have consistent service/access to our email). No front desk on site. A very nice resident took us to the one of the building managers condo to help us figure out what to do, received the check-in info email 2 days after arriving. Once we got into the condo we were pleasantly surprised how accurate the photos were (other than a little wear & tear), the condo has a very "unique" lay out, great views from every room, fabulous open kitchen, dining and living room. We did have some issues with the interior and exterior lighting, which was mostly taken care of throughout the week (never did get the exterior lighting to work). Stephanie and Chris were super sweet, helpful and did their best to correct the lighting situation. We did enjoy our stay and would stay again.

We were fortunate enough to stay at this unit during the Blue Angel's Festival. Upon entering the condo, we were all surprised at the size of the unit. The pictures truly do not do it justice! This place is HUGE! We had more than enough room for our crew. The grounds were nicely kept and the building management staff was more than accommodating. We met several of the families that live in the building and all were very friendly and hospitable. The beaches were easy to access and were gorgeous! We cannot wait to go back!
