Truly steps to the beach, this home is 4th house off the sand on a narrow west end street. Fully furnished in beach décor, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and meticulously renovated and cared for. Open concept floorplan boasts hardwood floors, air conditioning in living room and 2 out of 3 bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout, skylights, granite in kitchen complete with all the appliances…there is even a washer and dryer! Wifi for all your technology needs and landline telephone for local calls are provided. Sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen in the master, full in bedroom #2 and a twin trundle, accommodating 2 more in bedroom #3. Bedroom #3 has closet while others have clever storage systems in each room for all your belongings. A Weber Charcoal grill is provided along with beach chairs and 4 adult beach passes, and children under 12 are free to enjoy the amazing powder sand and wonderful waves of this treasured beach. Long Beach Ordinances prohibits renting to more than 2 people unrelated people at one time and requires a min 30 day rental is required. Sept - April rates - $2300 per month. Summer Monthly rates: $6,000 for June, $8,000 for July and $10,000 for August. Security Damage Deposit is 10% of total. Renters will pay utilities for during their stay, deducted out of an additional utility fee. Utility invoices will be provided along with a refund for unused money
Located on the beach side of the trendy west end of Long Beach you are 1 hr train ride from Manhattan, approx. Less than 10 miles from JFK international airport and steps to the beach, the boardwalk and many restaurants, bars, shops and markets. Many stores and restaurants will even deliver your order right to your front door, some delis will deliver your lunch to the beach. You can easily enjoy summer life without a car!

21 Michigan St is in a prime location. A true beach house, you will find sand in the streets, sunshine filtering thru the many windows and ocean breezes often cooling off the house. We love that we can walk around the corner to the beach, down the street to the pubs and restaurants. We usually park our car and never think about it again. Pack the work world away for a while and remember if you have to check we do provide wifi :)
Nicely renovated with hardwood floors, windows and skylights, granite gourmet kitchen and decorated to perfection this is a beautiful house to call your temporary home. One look at the photographs and you will see this is a well appointed Beach get away.
If your looking for a beach weekend with friends or a small family this is the place to be, West end Long Beach. The house is a great location and includes beach passes which is big right on the beach. The owner Bonnie was super awesome and the real estate agent Kim was wonderful. Only thing Was the price for the amenities, the price is high and the home needs to update a few things. A broken AC wall unit, a old fridge, and no grill. For the price one would expect more TLC on the extras that make the beach stay better. I mentioned this to Bonnie and she was understandable. Will stay here again once it gets "upgraded".
The Trendy West End Beach House is 4 houses from the beach (when quite you can hear the ocean from the porch) and down the block from Beech Street, where countless bars, restaurants are located. You can walk to the grocery store, pharmacy, deli, shops, liquor store etc. Everything is in walking distance and many businesses will deliver to the house. The local cab will take you to and from the Long Island Rail Road or any other local location for $5 per person (price may have changed) and we are a quick cab ride to JFK airport.
