Great neighborhood and dog friendly yard

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I visited Nashville for our anniversary. We were greeted on arrival with a bottle of champagne. The house was well maintained and the yard was fully fenced for our doggy. A bonus was the screened in porch. Very walkable neighborhood for shops and food. Would recommend family wash and wild cow for dining options. Post east great for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. A lyft to downtown was only about $6/7.

Very Nice Place

  • 5 of 5

We had a small hiccup in where/how to acquire the keys, but the owner was very prompt in returning our call with the information. Although, not a big problem, we had to figure out that parking and access were off the alley.

The home was very well appointed, very clean, very comfortable, and just the right size and location.

Nice place to stay

  • 5 of 5

Very nice alternative to staying in a hotel. Back yard felt private. Loved the screened in porch. House felt clean with pleasing decor. Kitchen had nice appliances and basic cooking accessories. The laundry room was handy to have. There really isn't anything I'd change.

Perfect for our short stay

  • 5 of 5

We loved the house, so comfy, clean and great location. We loved sitting on the back screened patio, even in the midst of the 100 degree temps. We walked to bars, restaurants, shops and grocery store, and just loved the neighborhood. Took the quick Uber to downtown. First trip to Nashville, and glad we stayed here, downtown a bit too hectic for my taste, so this was perfect. Had everything we needed to make one dinner and a breakfast while there.

Cute cottage with a great yard and screened back porch

  • 4 of 5

This house is in a great location in East Nashville...couldn't be any easier to get in and out of the city. Plus the neighborhood has plenty of cool hangouts all within walking distance or a couple minutes in the car. The house is small but fixed up cute and the neighborhood is quiet with a great mix of hipsters, tourists and some family type Nashvillians.

The host was very friendly and suggested many great restaurants and things to do in the area.

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our stay in Nashville and have decided this was one of the best vacations yet. The house was just as described and it is in walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. We were able to take our dogs to the local park for the day and they enjoyed the beautiful area. You forgot you were so close to the city. We were also able to take a day trip to Chattanooga and one to Memphis. It was a bit of a drive, but certainly worth it. The house was the perfect size for our family of three and two small dogs. With so much to do, we weren't there much, but we certainly enjoyed coming back and relaxing each evening.
