Why Harry Bannon chose Reno

This is a second vacation rental for us. We've had such great success with the first one we decided to do it again. It has been a pleasure meeting so many people and helping them enjoy there stay in Reno with a home atmosphere and reasonable pricing.

What makes this house unique

The best part about this home is it is spacious and well laid out. It's private and in a nice neighborhood as well as being in a terrific location. We love to walk, run and bike and there are endless paths and trails close by as well as its access to downtown Reno and UNR.

A super place for our family visit to Reno

  • 5 of 5

Stayed with our adult daughters at Marta Way while in town for a family wedding. It was much nicer than getting several hotel rooms. Gave us a place to visit and feel at home. The house is clean and comfortable. Harry does a good job communicating with you regarding your stay. I recommend this house.

Sufficient for a short stay.

  • 3 of 5

The kitchen needs more pots and pans for folks like us who enjoy cooking. Other than that, it was sufficient. The neighborhood is quiet and our little dog liked the yard.

Owner's Response: Alfreda, The following is a review from one of our previous guests. " The house was in a comfortable and nice neighborhood. Close to downtown Reno but not too close. Plenty of room for family and friends. Clean and well equipped kitchen....."

We had a nice stay. The master bedroom bed was not good. It's a foam block and hurt my back.

Overall we had a great stay and would stay again

Owner's Response: Sorry you found the bed uncomfortable. We have never had a complaint about it. In fact, we get compliments about it all the time. Several guests have asked where we got it so they could get there own. Our reviews will verify that. It' is firm and that doesn't work for everyone.

Beautiful home to stay at! Close to the casino's and local stores you may need access to.

  • 5 of 5

We were a group of 8 and the place was well equipped to meet all our needs. When we arrived, the thermostat wasn't working. I reached out to Harry, the owner, and he was there in 15min to fix the situation. He was a very polite and understanding gentlemen and his home made us feel like we were at home. The beds were super comfy and the showers shot out nice hot water. There was even a little side yard that connected to the backyard where we were able to have a snowball fight. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks Harry!

3 bdrm. house with roomy living area, beware of barking dogs from back neighbors yard...

  • 3 of 5

Nice little house, garage is a plus. Only negative albeit a big concern for me is the incessant barking from the back neighbors dogs. It started at 7am daily and did not end until the later hours of the night.

Overall I gave my stay (3) stars due to Harry and his attempts to help mitigate the barking dogs from the backyard neighbors.

I would not stay here again though and risk that happening.

Owner's Response: Luciano, I hadn't had any complaints about the dogs before. I spoke to the neighbors and they agreed to put bark supressing collars on them. I've been out back and it seems to be working. No one has complained since your stay. Thanks, Harry
