You will have the entire this entire 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that backs to Willow Creek Trail, next to Sweetwater Park. Minutes to Schwab, Park Meadows Mall, Lincoln Light Rail Station, DTC. Recently renovated home with spacious backyard.

The living spaces:
Two separate living spaces, one up and one downstairs make the unit enjoyable for families. The downstairs living room has a 55" TV. There is WiFi with signal accessible throughout the house and the backyard. There is a desk in the downstairs living room suitable for a work space.

The kitchen:
Open kitchen to the dining area and living room allow the cook to be part of the conversation and keep an eye on the kiddos. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including a microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, garbage disposal and dishwasher. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve a full meal.

The bedrooms:
Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The front and middle bedroom have queen beds and the back bedroom has a full size bed. All bedrooms have large closets and ceiling fans. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a sitting room area along with an attached master bath. All bedrooms have blackout curtains!

Bathrooms:
There is a full size bath upstairs with a shower/bathtub combo. The master bedroom downstairs also has a full size bath with a shower/bathtub combo.

Garage:
There is a large 2 car attached garage.

The outdoor spaces:
There is a large front yard facing the quiet street. The backyard is spacious and fully fenced. The Willow Creek trail is a hiking/biking/walking trail accessible from the backyard gate. The trail connects to Sweetwater Park and connects to other trail systems.
There is a 4-burner propane grill in the backyard. There is a large deck with a built-in table, umbrella and benches.

Clean, comfortable with a great layout, location and access to Denver
We traveled to the Denver area at Christmas time and this house was perfect for our family of 5, an ideal layout with plenty of space to spread out and relax. Everything was clean and comfortable, making for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen/dining area is well stocked and easily accessible for cooking meals and gathering. The large attached garage with entry into the basement utility room was very convenient for coming and going and keeping shoes/gear out of the living areas. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood, but with plenty of retail and restaurant options close by. Milo and Christine were great hosts, responding quickly to questions, and even coming early in the AM to clear a large amount of overnight snow on our last day. We definitely recommend this home to others looking to stay in the Denver area.

We needed to be in Lone Tree/Centennial are for 6 days and this place was perfect. Milo is a great host, everything went smoothly. Huge backyard was a highlight for some family game activity. -John

I was so unhappy with the house that I did not stay there
One word sums it up. Unkempt. This is my 4th stay at a Vrbo house. I have always experienced clean houses when renting from Vrbo, but this place was not up to my standards. While the property pictures show a nice clean kitchen, for example, it was not clean. I took pictures. There is grime in places you can see, which makes me wonder what it's like in places I can't see. When I first accessed the house, I was a little put off by the leftover dog hair on the stairs/couch, but when I opened the refrigerator door, there was a large sticky mess between the glass shelf and frame, grime in the refrigerator door bins, just dirty in general. Then with spots of food on the wall, brown stains in the kitchen sink, and white woodwork trim which is covered in dirt in the kitchen, I decided to not check-in that day. I continuously worked with the host, and the host had it cleaned and it was cleaner, but still very dirty in places (I took more pictures). I’m not super picky. If the place had been really clean when I first got there, I would have stayed. But seeing the dirt, and then seeing some of the same dirt after the host had it cleaned again, really turned my stomach. So I never stayed at this house. Although I asked, I was not reimbursed any ‘per night’ money, even for the nights in between the initial access and the cleaning. I'm VERY unhappy with the entire experience.

Clean and comfortable, great location
The home was very clean and comfortable for our family of four, and was ideally located for a home base for us to explore the Denver area. Easy access to 25 & 470, with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed the back deck and yard for early morning coffee and play breaks for our boys. Milo was a very patient and accommodating host who responded promptly and kindly to all communication about the property.

Family attend Denver Rock Show
Milo was an excellent host and answered all of our questions. We enjoyed the large back yard and deck (and the peaches from the trees in the backyard). The house was as described and the pantries were well stocked. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and the walking trail outback was great for an evening walk. It is a great place for a family vacation.
