It has an open floor plan, which is perfect for a small dinner Al Fresco! This suite offers privacy, luxury and comfort. It is centrally located to tourist attractions and is just minutes from unparalleled nightlife, dining, and shopping options.
Enter through the private door leading down into your own personal paradise. The first terrace off of the living room and bedroom is a lovely area for reading, Al Fresco dining, or maybe just a cup of coffee to start your day. Enter into the Living room which has three terraces surrounding it. Many choices for a glass of wine at the end of you day or to begin your evening. The inside and outside meld together to exemplify California living at it’s best.
Each of the rooms feature many windows as well as five sets of French doors throughout the suite all opening onto one of the three lovely terraces and the amazing views of the city lights of Beverly Hills. The kitchen, with a mix of stainless steel and high quality appliances are there for you. Simply relax and watch movies or sporting events on the HD LCD flat screen television. Of course there is high speed wifi throughout the suite.
The bedroom is a queen size bed with luxurious linens and towels. There is a very large closet with two luggage racks. Table linens, lint remover, sewing kit and extra pillows. Of course there is an iron and ironing board for you along with the full sized washer and dryer. Also we have a drying rack if you prefer for small items. We love this property and so far everyone of our guests have as well. It is just a lovely get away! Quiet and lush greenery with stunning city views. Yet in minutes you are in the midst of everything. Very convenient location to Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Century City and so many more areas. I think this property is special for several reasons. My husband Pat and I have been in the film and entertainment industry for over 35 years. In the film industry as well as the event and wedding industry along with the interior design industry. We have traveled personally for pleasure as well as for business around the world and have stayed in so many places. We have tried to think of everything one could need here at Provence and the hills for an enjoyable and comfortable trip.
Location I think is really terrific and yet the setting is beautiful and quiet.
I have known Linda for nearly twenty years and she is the closest and dearest of friends. Linda's style and decorating abilities are nothing short of sublime. Years of high-profile event design, interior design and flower design afford her airbnb guests a stunning living environment...and talk about immaculate, whew! Linda and I have worked on countless events together and I, as do so many others, feel she is simply tops within the industry. Her gracious and winning attitude is a pleasure to be around. One becomes immediately aware of her estimable qualities the minute one steps into her beautiful home. I travel quite a lot, staying at VRBO properties and hotels interchangeably, and this might be the most beautiful property I've ever stayed in. My only mistake was not staying longer. The photographs don't do it justice -- it is a peaceful, tranquil respite -- still very conveniently located to the things we wanted to do, but it still feels "away from it all". Linda and Patrick are wonderful hosts -- had all kinds of snacks and goodies ready for us when we arrived. I can't wait to stay here again, and highly recommend it!
Linda and Patrick's guest suite is quite lovely! The location is very convenient to Beverly Hills and Hollywood and is a short drive from the beaches. We really liked the decor and there were thoughtful touches around every turn, such as interesting books and complimentary snacks and wine. Clearly, our hosts went out of their way to try to make our stay comfortable. They even recommended some fabulous restaurants which we greatly enjoyed. Our favorite part of the stay were the lovely terraces and the beautiful views!

We are located in the hills over Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. The suite has fantastic city lights views along with beautiful greenery. The location is in a quiet area but you are within the hub of everything in minutes.

Since VRBO is not like a hotel with daily maid service it is the guests responsibility to keep up with dishes, excessive laundry, trash etc. while here on their stay. If guests chose to not comply with this and there is an excessive amount of cleaning an additional cleaning fee will be charged after check out to the damage deposit.
We require a maid fee of $100 for each booking to clean after your departure. If you stay longer than a week we require maid service 1 time each additional week for $75 per additional week you are here with us. This can be taken from your damage deposit or added to your reservation. If you require daily maid service or any other version of service please inform us of this so it can be arranged and additional fees will be applied and must be agreed upon at time of booking.
This is an absolutely smoking free facility inside and out and if there is any smoking there will be a fee of $150 taken from the damage deposit without question.
If anything is removed or broken from the property that will be documented and put in to VRBO from the damage deposit.
There are no pets allowed.
We are a 1 bedroom 1 Bathroom facility. If you require an additional bed/ room because you are traveling with someone you cannot share the 1 queen bed with we do have a room attached to the third patio that has a comfy twin blow up bed in it. We must know about this before your booking is confirmed because there is a 1 time additional fee of $75.00 added to your booking fee for the use of the room and additional bed.
**If you have a third person that will be using this room there is a charge of $75 per night for the third person.
Parking is directly in front of the house. This is an extremely safe area and there is always parking here on property. Park facing downhill on the house side of the street.
