This upstairs Getaway has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a loft with two twin beds! The full kitchen has quartz counters, new appliances, large dining area, hard wood floors throughout and outdoor barbeque and seating for 2 on a small balcony. Both bedrooms are complete with luxurious bedding, ceiling fans, and Large flat screen TVs with cable for your vacation enjoyment. 1 Bedroom has a King bed and 1 has a Queen bed, with a private bathroom, and the attached loft. This unit is also complete with private Washer/Dryer and Air Conditioning with separate climate control for front room, and each bed room.

Beautiful and CLEAN!

Great location close to many restaurants and breathtaking Inspiration Point!

Had business meetings in Huntington Beach however staying here felt like a vacation!

Doug is hands down the BEST owner I have ever worked with for rentals. Sent a text letting us know we could check in early because the cleaning crew had finished. After being up at 3am for travel that day-this was priceless and thoughtful.

Any and all communication with Doug he followed thru with commitments (emails) and went above and beyond with recommending restaurants etc..

I have stayed at many rentals- this is the first review I have taken the time to leave. Stay here, you will feel right at home and know you are working with a professional.

You could not ask for a better location! This is THE PERFECT place to stay if you like to walk to the beach, walk to Starbucks, walk to at least six excellent restaurants (and a yummy bakery). Doug and Rachel have thought of everything. The apartment was spotless and had every possible thing one could think of to enjoy one's stay! We REALLY enjoyed our stay here.

Modern look, clean, close to the ocean.

This was our second stay in 3 years at this location (unit D) and the following was true last time as well:

Pros:

-walking distance from the Corona Del Mar Beach.

-one parking spot inside the garage.

-very clean, no dust nor any hairs anywhere.

-comfortable beds with plenty of pillows.

-kids loved the attic room.

Cons:

-no coffee, not even a starter package, bring your own.

-unit D (and C) is on the second floor with no easy handicap access.

Other then that everything was fine, really hard to complain about the apartment or the location. On our last day some construction started nearby, early in the morning. Not sure how much control over that can anyone have.

Great Location/Great Apartment

This was our fifth one month stay at Marguerite - a testimony to how great this place is .The superlatives of the other reviews pretty much sum things up - a wonderfully stocked, spotlessly clean home away from home in the heart of one of the country's most exquisite and eclectic neighborhoods. A block from the Pacific overlooking Catalina Island and Newport Harbor and five minutes from the shops and restaurants on PCH,, it's the perfect spot to base yourself for a short or long term visit. And should any small issue arise, Doug and Rachel have always been totally responsive to resolving things. A total gem!
