This upstairs Getaway has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a loft with two twin beds! The full kitchen has quartz counters, new appliances, large dining area, hard wood floors throughout and outdoor barbeque and seating for 2 on a small balcony. Both bedrooms are complete with luxurious bedding, ceiling fans, and Large flat screen TVs with cable for your vacation enjoyment. 1 Bedroom has a King bed and 1 has a Queen bed, with a private bathroom, and the attached loft. This unit is also complete with private Washer/Dryer and Air Conditioning with separate climate control for front room, and each bed room.

Modern look, clean, close to the ocean.

This was our second stay in 3 years at this location (unit D) and the following was true last time as well:


-walking distance from the Corona Del Mar Beach.

-one parking spot inside the garage.

-very clean, no dust nor any hairs anywhere.

-comfortable beds with plenty of pillows.

-kids loved the attic room.


-no coffee, not even a starter package, bring your own.

-unit D (and C) is on the second floor with no easy handicap access.

Other then that everything was fine, really hard to complain about the apartment or the location. On our last day some construction started nearby, early in the morning. Not sure how much control over that can anyone have.

Great Location/Great Apartment

This was our fifth one month stay at Marguerite - a testimony to how great this place is .The superlatives of the other reviews pretty much sum things up - a wonderfully stocked, spotlessly clean home away from home in the heart of one of the country's most exquisite and eclectic neighborhoods. A block from the Pacific overlooking Catalina Island and Newport Harbor and five minutes from the shops and restaurants on PCH,, it's the perfect spot to base yourself for a short or long term visit. And should any small issue arise, Doug and Rachel have always been totally responsive to resolving things. A total gem!

Love This Place!

This is my second stay here. It is in a great location on a beautiful quiet street. The unit is impeccably clean, comfortable beds, and very well equipped. The host was friendly and efficient !! Hope to return and rent again soon!

Beautiful home and great location!

This property was perfect for our party of six and my husband gave it two thumbs up! When entering the property the first thing you see is exactly what you see in the photos, clean, light and airy. The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Shops and restaurants are not far to walk and the beach is so close. Located in a lovely neighborhood and we took Uber or Lyft to several places further down the road such as Fashion Island and some dinner places. Inspiration Point was so close and a wedding was taking place when my daughters went one evening. Doug was very personable and easy to contact and made great recommendations for us! We only wish we could have stayed longer in this beautiful home by the ocean.

Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood

This home is decorated beautifully with all the amenities. It's just block from the ocean in beautiful Corona Del Mar. The beds were extremely comfortable and I was almost disappointed that the kids weren't on the trip with me to use the cute loft beds! Doug was an amazing host. He was very helpful and accommodating and communication was great. I'd definitely recommend him and stay here again!

Another great stay!
