This street is truly one of the best kept secrets in Malibu (but, we can also tell you the other secrets--like where to spot celebs if that's your thing!). You're literally a 30 second walk from El Matador Beach, California's most beautiful rock formation. Also very close Zuma Beach and Trancas Country Mart. Lovely Santa Barbara style guest home with private fenced back yard and entrance--solely for renter's use. Home has kitchen, full bath with large shower, washer/dryer, skylights, french doors. If you're a surfer, we're within minutes of multiple breaks (Countly Line, Zuma, Zeros, Leo Carillo, Westward, Little Dume, Big Dume, and Latigo).

We are east coasters who moved to Malibu "for 6 months!" As you have likely figured out, that turned into something way more permanent. We love to surf, hike, paddleboard, drink the local wines! Living in Malibu is truly like being on vacation 24/7 and we'd love to share our beautiful home with you. If we're in town when you rent our guest house, we'd love to share a fabulous home cooked meal (by us!) with you. Renting our guest home to fantastic travelers is one of the things we like best about our new life in "the Bu." (and yes, the locals do call it that).

Why rent our lovely guest home at 31948 PCH? Well, it it's not already clear, let us make it more so : WE ARE STEPS FROM THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACH!!!! Truly steps. Just a thirty second walk down a cobblestone walk and you're there. And, more? Very few people have ready access to our stretch of beach that is nestled in between Broad Beach and El Matador. Thanks to our gated, private access generally it is only our neighbors and their guests basking in that SoCal sun.
