Fully detached villa within an urbanization providing all necessary facilities within only a few minutes walk or drive. Sitting on a 600 square meter plot with high walls and gated for privacy. Private 9 metre x 4 metre pool. satellite TV/DVD player, WIFI, Well equipped kitchen (incl fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing m/c etc:). Wood burning stove. Covered and open terracing plus sun solarium. The two upstairs bedrooms have direct access to their own outside terraced areas with extensive views to surrounding hills/sierras. Three bedrooms have en suite facilities and the fourth bedroom a shower room attached.
Golf: A quality 18 hole golf course is part of the urbanization, less than 5 minutes drive away from the villa. Handicap certificate is essential before guests can play on the course. Unlike many Spanish courses, it is undulating and has tree lined fairways ensuring a 'mature' aspect throughout the 18 holes.
The club house provides the usual facilities you would expect from a quality club.
Eating Out: There are many restaurants, bars and cafes within a short drive or walking distance. We provide recommendations and directions in writing to all our guests
Typically a 'menu de Dia' (3 courses plus a drink) for approx 10 Euros!!!
Beaches and Places to Visit: We provide written details of 'local beaches' and 'places to visit' to all our guests.
The villa is a great holiday home for a family or group of freinds ,the pool is a good size and we'll looked after,twice a week the pool people came in and cleaned and checked it ,the villa is very clean and looked after and has all you need . The owners are very helpful and there representative was very helpful, we will be going back
Fantastic villa, roomy, clean, private and such a quiet lovely location that as very easy to find from Alicante airport. Plenty of shops nearby including a great English butcher for the bbq packs!! Kids lived in the pool and my wife and I enjoyed the local sangria! Got it saved in my favourites now and we will be back!
We found the. Villa to be even better than described It was very clean and well maintained all the furnishings were in excellent condition and comfortable and spacious
The outside area was great and offered plenty of space including shaded areas needed when the sun was blazing down as it was whilst we were there
The pool was larger than it looks on the photos and meant you could actually swim properly rather than the usual large bath one finds!
Prior to departure we were contacted by the owner not something we have always experienced and he was most helpful
There are good facilities locally and the new motorways meant it was only a short drive to the coast or Cartagena a lovely city well worth a visit
All in all an ideal villa for a few people to stop at and one we would have no hesitation in recommending or booking again

We stayed in Villa Carpe Diem for two weeks this summer and had a great vacation. Already before leaving for Spain, we had good and frequent contact with the owners, who responded quickly and were most helpful.
You will find Villa Carpe Diem as described and visualized on this page. We found the place nice and clean. The swimming pool was cleaned two times a week.The local representative was very kind and helpful.
Our two weeks flew by. Our kids practically lived in and by the pool and we did many day trips to cities and sights nearby; Lorca, Totana, Sierra de Espuña, Cartageña, etc.
We can highly recommend this place if you need a place with lots of space, a great pool area and a tranquil neighborhood.
What a lovely villa, really enjoyed our stay. Feels like a home away from home, and will be back again.... The pool is a great bonus, and the BBQ area was well used!
Weather was fantastic, and the restaurants, although a drive away, are well worth the trip. Still feels very Spanish outside of Camposol, but very easy to get along within the direct area, even with our pigeon Spanish.
The villa is set in an urbanization surrounded by Sierras (hills) which provide a stunning backdrop for the property. The Region is the principal market gardening area of Spain and the local markets (Wednesday and Sunday) provide wonderful fruit, veg, garden plants etc: at very cheap prices. The Sierra Espuna national park is within 30 minutes drive. Safe sandy beaches are within 10/15 minutes drive at Peurto de Mazarron and Bolnuevo. The beautiful historical cities of Murcia, Cartagena and Lorca are all within 45 minutes drive. An extensive high quality shopping complex was opened just outside Murcia in 2007 which is comfortably reached within 40 minutes. This complex is right next to the new Real Murcia Football Ground (Real Murcia play in La Liga with Real Madrid, Barcelona etc:). A little further afield are the wine making towns of Jumilla, Bullas and Mula.
