The Quadrat d’Or is the part of the Eixample located between Calle Aribau and the Paseo de Sant Joan, around the Paseo de Gràcia.

Located in classic Modernist Eixample building two blocks from Paseo de Gracia, close to several metro, train and bus lines, and many shops and restaurants and municipal market de la Concepción.

Perfect Stay in Eixample!

We absolutely loved living in this apartment! It's bright and sunny and Eloy was amazingly responsive anytime small things occurred in the building. I can't recommend this place enough. The location of the apartment is also great with tons of great restaurants and shops nearby.

Fantastic apartment in a great Barcelona location

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks at the end of December. We are a family of four, two adults and two 20 year old "kids". The apartment was perfect, great location and plenty of space. Having the washer/dryer in the apartment was a nice benefit. Eloy was a great host, he answered any questions we had and when we had trouble with one of the bathrooms, he was over in less than 10 minutes to fix it. We would absolutely recommend this Barcelona apartment.

Lovely stylish, clean and in a great location. The welcome from Eloy was fantastic. We will return.

Owners very good to deal with and helpful. Property was just as described, if not better and there were no unpleasant surprises. It went down very well with all 5 of us (including 3 teenagers!). We have stayed in Barcelona several times and this apartment and service from the owners was the best.

Love the apartment and location

We are a family of 4 with a 3 year old and a 1 year old. The apartment was superb in terms of location. Eloy was a lovely host and was extremely helpful and welcoming. We walked nearly everywhere with our stroller. Kid friendly restaurant were in abundance near the apartment. Beds were really comfortable and the pitch dark quiet rooms were a huge bonus. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and return. Thank you eloy for a wonderful holiday.

Amazing! Comfortable, clean and welcoming!

What a great apartment! We stayed here last summer, and it was my favourite stop on our 2.5 week long trip. Eloy met us personally (even though our train was very late and we kept him waiting!) and gave us a tour of the apartment as well as his recommendations for restaurants and markets close by. He was so kind and friendly. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean and close to everything.Well equipped with everything we might need. We walked everywhere we wanted to go from here. Great place to stay. Great hosts. Great city!

Spacious, Comfortable and Quiet

This 3 bedroom flat was perfectly located just 2 blocks off Passeig de Gracia. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The owner, Eloy, greeted us personally and provided useful information regarding local shops and services. The flat was well supplied and Eloy even provided a welcome basket of food and drinks!
