Hi! We are originally from Pickerington, Ohio in the Columbus Ohio area. A graduate of OSU---and life long Buckeye Fan---Go Bucks!!! I am a retired City Manager and former Administrator for a municipal Electric Utility. We have two grown sons --both Eagle Scouts. The oldest is a recent graduate of Marietta College in Ohio and is now a petroleum engineer working in northeast PA. The youngest son currently attends Marietta College and is in the petroleum Land and Energy Management Program. We love the sun, fun, cultural activities, golf, and beaches the Sarasota area offers.

Why Mike Spelman & Joyce Bushman chose Florida South Central Gulf Coast

We love to travel and a few years ago discovered the Sarasota Gulf Coast and Keys area. Sarasota, Siesta and Longboat Keys waters and beaches remind us so much of the Caribbean without all the travel. Best beaches in the US!!! We love Sarasota because it has a wonderful history and active arts and cultural events. It is also a very easy area to fly too at very reasonable rates. It has outstanding golf courses and fabulous weather.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo has a wonderful golf course location and a fabulous view down the fairway. It is also close to the pool. Our complex is small and intimate. The pool is located along the Golf Course with beautiful views. You really feel like you are at a tranquil resort when at the pool. We like to watch the golfers also from our Lanai. We love the feel of our unit the vaulted ceilings create a wonderful light, airy and bright feel. The Lanai has over sized 10' sliding patio doors that create a spacious outdoor living space feeling. We love the fact that just out our front door is a wonderful walking path and we can walk to Evies, the local Pub/Pizza/Eatery, after a round of golf, or to watch a game, catch up with friends, and enjoy great food. We love our location because it has quick access to shopping, restaurants, and all around Sarasota, and Siesta Key.

Fabulous condo, fabulous fairway view, fabulous stay.

Wonderful condo! Beautiful upscale furnishings, spotless, and comfortable. The view down the golf course fairway looks like a painting. Excellent dinning and shopping close by. Swimming pool has a serene setting along the golf course. Feels like a resort. Planning a second stay. The owners are terrific an accommodating. All you need is to pack your bag and arrive!
