Huge 3 Bed 2 Bath Ranch, On Golf Course, Park Views, 3 mi to downtown,

In the heart of trendy East Nashville on top of Shelby Park, our home offers uninterrupted 180 degree views of fairways, trees, wide open Greenways and distant historic homes from the back deck, living room, kitchen and two of our three large bedrooms.

This is an amazing neighborhood and we know our guests appreciate it! We ask you to enjoy it respectfully. There are many families and children in the area and ask that you enjoy the home as if you live here! Outdoor BBQs are encouraged but large parties are prohibited!

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks, indoor rock climbing, Little Five Points, and a 25 mile Greenway bike path with access to beautiful Nashville suburban landscapes or a 3 mile Greenway bike ride to downtown Nashville.

We offer 3 large bedrooms that comfortably accommodate 10 people with two full baths, a bonus TV room, full laundry area, and a large walk in pantry. Our home offers a full service kitchen with custom tiled booth style eating, a large dining area or more casual eating on the back deck chairs -- all with beautiful views. Use the back deck for entertaining, barbecues or enjoying south facing sunrise and sunsets.

When over half of the inside of your home is wide open to a beautiful rural, golf course, park and neighborhood view, you can't help but feel a tad bit more relaxed. On a walk with my boy one day across the golf course we stumbled on a for sale sign and within 30 days we were living on the golf course. Instead of having to drive to a park, lake, trail head, tennis court, rock climbing, bike trails, etc. when you can simply launch out from your doorstep, a place like that becomes very special very fast. We love it here and will call it home no matter how far away we are traveling.

What makes this house unique

This location brings the well serviced and entertained downtown Nashville urban center straight out onto rural pastures right in the middle a fast growing "little village" neighborhood called East Nashville. Full of bars and restaurants, art galleries, exercise facilities and shops the neighborhood prides itself on family run businesses and a friendly community. The home itself has an open floor plan that "brings in" the golf course, park and neighborhood view. The back deck includes a BBQ and wood for open fire pit entertaining along with plenty of outdoor furniture. Take advantage of the full service laundry, kitchen and entertainment center.

Jessica was a fantastic host. She was accommodating at every turn even when my requests got lofty. Jessica also turned my Nashville stay from a terrible one into a great one. After staying at Jessica's house we decided to stay at another Airbnb closer to Nissan Stadium. Unfortunately when we arrived the place was not as advertised. Panic set into the group and I had the thought to message Jessica to ask to extend our stay by one night even though we had checked out. Of course, Jessica is not obliged but within minutes of messaging her she responded to let me know that she would be glad to have us stay another night. We went from panic to joy within minutes all because of Jessica. She even went out of her way to contact Airbnb to adjust my booking as I only needed a 1 night stay and her minimum was 2 nights. All in all if I go back to Nashville I will not hesitate to stay here or at any of Jessica's other homes. In regards to this particular listing, the location is fantastic. It's within minutes of 5 points in East Nash and a 10 minute Uber/Lyft ride from Downtown/Broadway. Not to mention the incredible backyard. The backyard alone could be worth your stay. Don't hesitate to stay with Jessica

Perfect space for our group and $11 uberX from downtown

This property served us very well. Its in a neighborhood that backs up to a public golf course. I introduced myself to both neighbors and either side and brought them bottles of wine as a peace offering. They were gracious, but both returned the gifts and neither drinks. We were courteous of their space and home. It was a bachelor party and we spent plenty of time in the backyard playing some BBQ games on the nice patio overlooking the course. the two full bathrooms were great and much needed. The bunk beds in the room at the end of the hall state a max weight of 160lb on the top but I know we had a little more up there and it worked fine. Management was on call and readily available for any needs we may have had.

Cannot beat the price of this home with its location to downtown.

Good House

This house is a good location right on the golf course. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the back porch in the morning. We played the local course and the clubhouse sent people over to pick us up in golf carts. Very convenient. This is an old house so don't expect too much from the bathrooms and showers. But there are plenty of beds and it suited our needs for 8 guys. Going downtown was a $25 Uber ride. We didn't spend much time in the house. Every day we headed downtown. It was a good home base to crash every night.

Awesome property for our group

Property was a great fit for our group! It was clean and lots of space for out group to spread out. It was a great location with a great setting right on a municipal golf course. Close to downtown making it an easy short drive. Many other sights in Nashville were also just a short drive away. Liquor store, gas station and grocery stores were less than a mile away making it convenient if we had to run out and grab some food or drinks. Plenty of beds for our group. Two bathrooms was a push for our group but we made it work. Would have been nice to have had one more bathroom to accommodate our group's needs. Jessica was extremely helpful and provided some good recommended places to eat and see!

Great house and location

A group of 9 of us enjoyed a 5 day stay at the house. The layout was perfect. The property manager was on top of it, making sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown- drive or uber- we did both. Loved looking out over the golf course each morning. The neighborhood also has several cute restuarants and coffee shops as well as Kroger and Aldi grocery stores are right down the road. The house had plenty of towels, kitchen ware, a washer and dryer, plus extras like spices, plastic ware, tin foil etc.

Nice house in a great neighborhood.

Great place for a lot of single people. Love that you just needed you and some food, everything else was provided. Jessica was a dream to work with. ALWAYS available for anything. Would absolutely stay here again if we ever returned to Nasville.

Our home is a 5 minute walk to a "little village" full of restaurants and shops and an indoor rock climbing facility -- Climb Nashville, East. Two Ten Jack, Ugly Mugs, Rosepepper Cantina, Eastland Cafe, Silly Goose, Wild Cow, Pomodoro East Italian, Climb Nashville and Cumberland Transit.

Another 10 minute walk or a quick 5 minute drive brings you to the heart of East Nashville's "Little Five Points" for more than enough shops, bars, art galleries and restaurants you can handle.


Little Five Points East Nashville is the heart of a proud annual tradition known as the East Nashville Tomato Arts Festival -- Second weekend in August, this year is August 7th, 8th and 9th.

DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE: (3 miles from the house)

The Ryman, The Gaylord Entertainment Center (Bridgestone Arena), Home of the Country Music Awards Festival (June 10 - 15), Titan Stadium, a brand new Oakland A's AAA affiliate (Nashville Sounds) minor league ballpark and more than 150 live music venues. You are just 3 miles away from all the fun and entertainment you can handle.

Bike along over 25 miles of Greenway that will connect you from downtown to distant rural pastures and along two public golf courses and two large public parks and over three major river ways. Launch from the house down riverside drive and you are at a trail head in one mile. Enjoy!


4 brand new tennis courts right next to the Shelby Golf Course at the Community Center: 401 S 20th St, Nashville — walk across the golf course (carefully, or around the course is about a 15 minute walk through the neighborhood) Bike within 10 minutes.


There is a boat, kayak, canoe ramp for fishing or water sports  —  about 1 mile from the house inside the park —  south side over by the Little League fields. Within sight of the house is the Shelby Bottoms fishing pond  --  about a 5 minute walk across the course, or 1 mile via Riverside Drive.


Walk to Climb Nashville East indoor bouldering and belayed rock climbing. They offer yoga and various exercise classes along with rowing machines and free weights.
