1130 Lighthouse Court - This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located on a canal and quiet residential street that is centrally located on the island. A short distance to the beach and great restaurants. This home is ideal for retired couples or smaller families looking for all the amenities of home. The open concept allows space for larger gatherings or areas to be alone if you so desire.

As you walk in the front door, you are greeted by a beautiful living room with a 55" LED flat screen TV, electric fireplace, and DVD player. French doors invite you to step out onto the screened lanai and pool area. The dining room has a large table and seating for 6.

The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, a granite counter top bar that seats 4 and breakfast nook table with seating for 4. The family room has a 47" LED flat screen TV with a Playstation 3 and Wii with video games. A sliding glass door opens onto the screened lanai.

The master suite has a king size bed with a tempur-pedic type mattress, flat screen TV, a large walk-in closet and private bathroom. A sliding glass door opens onto the screened lanai.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a tempur-pedic type mattress. A sliding glass door opens onto the screened lanai.

The third bedroom has two twin beds with tempur-pedic mattresses. A full bathroom separates the 2 bedrooms.

The screened lanai has a heated pool with a new pool heater (August 2016), an outdoor dining table for 6, new propane grill with an extra backup tank, pool floats, 4 chaise lounge chairs and 2 bar chairs. A few steps down to the dock also has a space for sunning or just relaxing.

There are 2 beach cruiser bikes in the garage, along with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and pool toys.

A beautiful relaxing getaway

The house is every bit as beautiful as the pictures and description said! My husband and I spent a week here and loved it. It is big enough to accommodate a family and yet as just the two of us we loved the spacious feeling. The owners have thought of everything from kitchen supplies to bicycles and all amenities in between. We found ourselves spending most of our days and nights on the property but it was a very short bike ride to the beach or drive to the grocery store. We have been coming to Marco for the past 30 years. This visit was by far one of the very best and we definitely would come back to this place. For me I only wish the pool area had a bit more sun exposure as most of the pool and screened deck was in the shade all day. Maybe that was because of the time of year and sun position. The dock below had plenty of sun though and many chairs available to take down there

Wonderful Stay will definitely return!

This Home is very nice, clean and Well equipped with everything you need, the Pool is great and the view is Fabulous. If you are looking for a great place to vacation in Marco Island, this home is perfect for you. Melodee and Richard, the Owners are very nice and very easy to deal with. Thank you for letting us stay in your House, will definitely return again!!
