Unique experiences in a Unique Location.
When we travel, we love unique properties that we can make our own whether we are there for a weekend or a month. Our favourite places speak to our desire to reflect, rebalance and reconnect to what we value during our time away. The essential ingredients for us have always featured private accommodations connected to interesting areas to eat, drink and play. We hope that Long Beach Villa in Baxter's Harbour, Nova Scotia becomes one of your favourite places, too.
June Pardy purchased this villa in 2015
In Nova Scotia, this is a challenge that seemingly never ends and led us to discover Baxter’s Harbour for the first time. Only 15 minutes from our Annapolis Valley home, we had literally never been here until last year. We knew we loved the fresh Bay of Fundy breezes that can cool off a summer day, we knew we loved walking the quiet rocky beaches and we knew we loved how the world’s highest tides made the low and high tide shorelines seem like two worlds in one day. And then, we drove into Baxter’s Harbour and fell in love with how this series of coves, beaches and water falls had our favourite natural "amenities"
You love Storm Watching under a blanket near the highest tides in the World, you crave organic turkey cooked for you on a Holiday Getaway, you think snowshoeing alone up a waterfall is fun, you define a memorable Valentine's Day by how many uninterrupted hours you can spend alone together.
We offer Spa Packages, Private Yoga Classes and a Culinary Package. We can customize anything for you. Tell us your passion for the season and we can make it happen!
The Villa was a cozy and comfortable stay. June and Adam's attention to detail and little touches made us feel very welcome and show a great level of care for their place and visitors. Their suggestions of places to go were very helpful! We made use of the amazing bathtub and provided products, yoga mats, bar, brochures, and so on! I could go on raving about this place for a long time, it was a great experience. Thanks!
Our family loved the style and comfort of this home. It looked like something out of HGTV and had beautiful views as well. It was a great place to stay when exploring Nova Scotia.
This cottage was in every way beautiful. The owners thought of all the comforts of home and then some. Views were great as well as the overall location of the property. We had a very relaxing vacation. Thanks.
Beautiful house and setting. Adam and June are extremely responsive and wonderful hosts. We loved using the barbecue and walking to the beach.
This property was even better than described. Everything was thought of for our comfort. The views are amazing and it is so peaceful and quiet. An awesome place to be to visit family and yet have a place to call our own for while we were in Nova Scotia. Very close to Halls Harbour where the 40ft tides can really be appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
We spent two nights over Christmas at this beautiful spot and had an amazing stay. We have a toddler, and were somewhat nervous about how child friendly the space would be, but it was absolutely perfect and there was even a baby gate that we used to keep her away from the stairs. Amazing walks on the beach, an adventure ( got a little lost in the mud!) on the black hole falls trail , and lazy mornings with coffee and incredible views were definite highlights for us. The decor, and attention to detail in this's house made our stay so comfortable and we'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfectly relaxing escape . We'd love to return.
