About the property

The Condo is 1100-1200 Square Feet and gets lots of Light.

I bought this condo 2 years ago and have replaced almost everything in it. It has a new A/C, stove, microwave, washer, dryer, garbage disposal, lighting, carpeting and paint. The master bedroom as a queen-size bed. There is 1 single bed in the second bedroom. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations and a one-sink vanity. The kitchen is complete with about anything you may want to prepare a meal. I put an ottoman in the living room because I like to relax with my feet up.

The stairs are inside the unit. The garage is also internal with a door into the stairwell.

There is cable TV and WiFi. I like to use the desk in the second bedroom.

I have a bike rack to use with a lady's bike and a gentleman's bike. In the garage are also plenty of beach chairs an umbrella and cooler.

Anyone who has stayed there comments that it feels like home.

About Virginia Jones

I am a retired teacher who spends my summers, for the most part, at my home is Western PA. I own a second unit in the complex and spend much of the winter there.

so, I can be there to help you get familiarized with the area. Because I am still an avid snow skier, I like to spend the month of March skiing. My love is travelling, especially abroad. Getting to learn new cultures is my passion. I settled in Stuart because I have family in the area. I have a sister who as lived in Hobe Sound for many years.

Why Virginia Jones chose Florida Central Atlantic Coast

I bought these condos because I love the complex. There are about 7 units in each building, which allows for lots of greenery and sidewalks. From the highway all that can be seen is the fountain and flags for the entrance way. Behind the complex is a Stuart city park, which is mainly a pond, and a dog park with a long run. So, the complex is quiet and very enjoyable.

It is also so close to everything!

What makes this condo unique

I like being on the second floor. The ceilings are vaulted, it is so private, and the view of the pond is great. In the winter it is so nice to leave the patio door open and hear the spray of the fountain or to sit out on the patio and enjoy breakfast.

It is a 2-minute walk down to the pool/ gym area. My friends and I walk the sidewalks in the evening. The complex is very safe and the neighbors are friendly.

Comfy and close!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I stayed in Jeannie's condo while we were having some renovations done to our new home. We were new to the area, and we're so happy the condo was so close to downtown Stuart, 1/2 block from grocery, and less than 5 miles from the interstates. But most importantly, the condo felt like ours. Warm, cozy and comfortable. It really did feel like visiting family. We will definately keep her beautiful condo in mind for future visits from out of state company!! Thank you so much!!!

Very nice condo.

My wife, daughter and I spent the weekend at Stuart for the airshow and stayed at the condo. It was beautifully decorated and well kept. The owner was very helpful and worked with us when we wanted to come in earlier and leave a little later during the stay.

I'd highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to spend some time in Stuart or the surrounding area.
