Snorkel to Carina Bay’s own barrier reef which comes all the way into the shoreline just west of the house. You have easy beach access to it, at just 600 yards west of Sugar Bird. Or just relax all day—but remember to watch for Dolphins inside the reef! Talk to the local fishermen whose mooring right next door allows you first choice of their fresh catch of Red Snapper, Lobsters, and other fresh local seafood. Recipe for Snapper—stuff and cover with chopped garlic and lemons, salt and pepper to taste, wrap in tin foil and put on grill for 3/4 hour at low heat.

You can shop in an array of exquisite local shops featuring the work of local artisans or duty-free items from around the globe. You can golf on one of the island’s two showcase 18-hole courses or its casual nine-hole course.
