About Property Manager/Owner

My wife and I have two children (2.5-year old girl & 4-year old boy). We put a lot of time and money into this house to make it relaxing. It is our pleasure investment, so we enjoy the house the weeks we are not renting it to other families.

Close to the necessities: Acme, WaWa, CVS, Hoy's 5&10, ice cream and fudge parlor, Gas Station... quick bike ride to OC's famous Boardwalk (family bike provided with house). This is a must for families with little kids who want a relaxing getaway!

Loved the quiet location.

Had a great week in this house, it is off the main drag and so it is quieter. Had a little walk to the ocean, but it wasn't unbearable. House was nice and roomy and loved all the balconies, both front and back so you could always find a place out of the sun if you wanted, or in the sun. A little disappointed in that it didn't have central air, but the window units worked fine, just noisy, and we didn't have an outrageously hot week. Would consider the house again next year.

My family and I had a great time at the house for the week. It was everything promised and more. Hopefully the house is available again next year because as soon as we left my two kids were begging to go back next year. Highly recommended.

We are not liable for any illegal and/or non-permitted use within the house, 3029 Simpson Ave Ocean City, NJ 08226, during a tenets stay (i.e. under age alcohol consumption, drug use, exceeding noise levels, not following proper trash and recycling schedule/rules etc.). Please treat this home as you would your own.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
