Travellers could bike on local routes out toward the Naramata bench or toward Campbell mountain. It is also blocks away to Gyro park where local talent performs. Quiet location but still close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Penticton.

About Shareena Jacyna

My husband and I are born and raised in Penticton. We are local family who grew up here in Penticton and have 4 children and 2 dogs. My husband is a carpenter and I am a nurse. We love Penticton and the Okanagan Valley. We both went to school here in Penticton. We currently live in Penticton up on the Westbench. We love the local lakes and mountains and nearby fishing lakes and local wineries.

Why Shareena Jacyna chose Penticton

We purchased this home this year as an investment property as we love the Okanagan Valley. My husband is a carpenter and has remodelled the entire home. All rooms are freshly painted, floors re-done, kitchen all renovated with all new stainless appliances, brand new bathroom, with full tub and shower. There is a private deck with patio furnishings and BBQ. There is 4 bedrooms with 1 King bed upstairs, 1 queen bed upstairs, 1 King bed downstairs, and 1 double bed. With 1 queen size bed that pulls out on the sectional downstairs. This is a pet friendly home but we do require a pet fee if staying with your furry friend.

What makes this house unique

Enjoy mountain views and walk 2 blocks to the heart of downtown Penticton. Travellers could walk to the beach but this would be about a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. You can also walk to the farmers market, local restaurants, or local nightlife.

Great space very clean the hosts were very friendly and answered any questions.

The place was clean lots of space and had indoor and outdoor space that was very comfortable. The location was good you could walk to main street and okanogan lake. There was nice bike/walking trails close by and shopping and restaurants/pubs near by. Highly recommend this accommodation the hosts were great.

Sweet older home with perfect location and plenty of room

We just returned home from a great stay in Penticton. We booked this home as it had 4 bedrooms, the location was the bonus being that it was only a stroll to downtown where we enjoyed restaurants and the Saturday market. We were able to bike directly to Campbell Mountain and the KVR from the house and it's a short drive to the three blind mice biking mecca, wineries, and the Skaha Bluffs.

The house has air conditioning and ample room even though we didn't stay inside very much. The house is older but very clean. We all enjoyed the record player, great selection of records as well!!All the bedrooms also had a fan and the beds were all comfortable with nice linens, plenty of towels etc, we never ran out of amenities after a weeks stay. Washer and dryer were huge and worked great!

There is only one shower/bath in the home though it was not at all an inconvenience as there is also a half bath downstairs. The backyard was a perfect size for us with seating on a beautiful covered porch and also more seating below. There is a secure and easy access door to store our bikes inside.

The kitchen was great as it's open and it allowed quite a few of us at a time to be prepping and cooking and it was stocked with everything we needed. Thanks Shareena for a great stay and the welcome basket was such a nice gesture we all appreciated it!
