Our lovely 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom home, sleeps up to 6 people, located in a private and beautiful upscale community in Westchase with easy accessibility to everything you need, while having the opportunity to relax in a very safe and quiet atmosphere. Our beautiful and spacious home is newly renovated; it is a very large 1750' house with vaulted high ceilings in the living areas and HUGE master bedroom, the master bath with extra large tub separated from an independent large shower, open living area and kitchen, washer and dryer. In addition, we have a pleasant screened private lanai with dining table and private locked backyard, perfect if you have kids.
Electronic key less entry changed each time a guest vacates for maximum security. Very safe parking in the driveway and on the street.

In the opposite direction within a 5-10 minute drive is the beautiful village of Westchase, where there are wonderful mom and pop stores and restaurants, Starbucks, public library (great for kids and free computer usage and internet access), and the YMCA which has an amazing outdoor pool with fun play area for the kids.

We love this house and area! Our neighbors are the best and we are a very tight knit community who cares about each other. The Westchase area is beautiful and has all the amenities anyone could possibly need and/or want within a short distance. Great shopping, restaurants, and sight-seeing nearby.
Love the central location - near everything we need and want! Plus, really super safe and quiet location with awesome neighbors. We just renovated the whole house and are very proud of how the house looks and, more importantly, feels. The whole house is very comfortable and peaceful, plus it's a great location within the Tampa area. We feel my father couldn't have picked a better place to set down roots. We found this rental at the very last minute and with just a day or so to secure a place to stay for a business trip. The owners were more than helpful and worked with us on with the short notice. The house was in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. Everything needed to make the stay comfortable was already in place. Lots of space, clean, quiet...really just perfect! The property was as advertised. We enjoyed the open concept living area. The location is secure and quiet. The house is newly renovated and up-to-date. it is located convenient to shopping, main highways, and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay. We found the derogatory comments by previous renters were just not true. The owner is attentive and pleasant to work with. Neighbors are very friendly but not intrusive. We were not disappointed.
The house appears recently renovated, clean and very well appointed; really a great home for a group or family. Everything looks so new and cared for. The open sitting area and spacious kitchen are great places to hang out, and the living room and backyard space are both great areas to sit back and relax. The central air conditioning ensured the perfect temperature inside the house and the other new furnishings and appliances served our every need. We found the property to perfectly meet our needs in terms of location, as we were a short car ride (or walk) away from Westfield Mall, Downtown Tampa, Raymond James Stadium, Busch Gardens, restaurants, the Tampa Airport, etc. Our hosts, Jacquie and Mark, were very pleasant and helpful - we mostly spoke with Jacquie who was always available whenever we needed her. All-in-all the property worked out great for our stay in Tampa, and I'd recommend the home to anyone looking for a clean and nicely appointed place to stay that's close to the many fun things to see and do in Tampa!!
We had an amazing time staying at this house! Once we stepped in, we felt like we were at home. The house was very cozy and very clean! It has vaulted ceilings and large open space areas, which gave our group of 5 plenty of space for the two weeks we were there. Extremely quite with easy access in and out, great location in Westchase. About 15 minutes away from the downtown, airport, Busch Gardens and other places to go; a couple of minutes by car (or walking) from several really good restaurants and Westfield Mall. Great community private tennis courts, basketball courts, BBQ and other amenities within a short walk from the house. There was ample parking and also security in the area which helps when you are in a strange town. The beds were comfortable and the pillows very good as well.
Jacquie and Mark were very pleasant and answered all our questions quickly, plus the neighbors were very nice and helpful too. It was a pleasure staying at your beautiful home and thank you for being wonderful hosts. Your house is really a hidden treasure. Run fast do not even CONSIDER this property unless you want to deal with someone who wants to micromanage everything you do, is extremely inconsiderate and then KEEPS YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT even though you clean up the whole house to perfection! Also, she has a lockbox on the thermostat and won't let you adjust the temperature without calling the neighbor!! WHAT??!!! She had neighbors trying to enter the house when we weren't there to do random inspections right after we checked in. We cleaned the whole house to perfection when we checked out and then she kept our entire security deposit! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
This property met all of our expectations-we wanted to stay in Northwest Tampa close to our daughter while my wife recovered from an operation. Everything went smoothly
An excellent central location close to Westfield Mall, stadiums, Busch Gardens, Lowry Zoo, with short drive to west coast beaches and an hour's easy highway drive to Orlando. Close by, Ben T. Davis beach is approximately a fifteen minute drive; Rocky Point Gulf Course just ten minutes away. Easy access to the Veterans’ Expressway insures a quick commute to downtown Tampa, the airport and beaches.
Places to go are all within a short 10-15 minute walk or a 5-10 minute drive: Westfield Mall, restaurants, Starbucks, movie theaters, Westchase Village, Busch Gardens, the race track, beaches, bike paths, parks, tennis, bike trails, basketball, river access, canoeing and several golf courses are all nearby.
We are about 30-45 minutes from world class Clearwater area beaches and 1-1 1/2 hrs. from Disney World, Seaworld, Legoland, Universal Studios & Harry Potter, MGM, etc. The Tampa/St Petersburg area offers fine and casual dining, Busch Gardens, major league sports including baseball spring training (New York Yankees and others), NFL (Bucaneers) , NHL (Lightning) , MLB (Rays), a major performing arts center, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, new Salvidor Dali Museum, a major university (University of South Florida), and extensive shopping. Within a short drive are Tarpon Springs, Sarasota and Lakeland. There are numerous city and state parks within an easy drive. Nearby is excellent deep sea, surf, and fresh water fishing. Several cruise lines depart from Tampa.

Ybor City, Tampa's historic Latin Quarter, features specialty goods and art galleries and is the center of Tampa nightlife.
