Unit 1701 is a new listing to the rental community! Ocean Ritz is a low-density Gulf front development with just 63 condos and only three units per floor which makes for a lot of peace and quiet with no waiting for the elevators. This 17th floor 4 bedroom, 4 bath East end condo has 3 spacious assigned parking spaces on the property next to the exit/entry.You wont have to worry about the tight parking inside the garage and no walking from across the street. It is tastefully decorated and offers a unique floor plan. The views are amazing from the Living Room and the two Gulf-Front Master Bedroom Suites open onto an incredible huge 12' x 40' Gulf Front Balcony. One of the biggest on the beach! Interior features include brand new plank tile flooring through out the unit. Other features include crown molding, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and a large breakfast bar that opens to the Living room area. The other 2 bedrooms are spacious with a queen bed in 1 room and twin beds in the other and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Easily, sleeps 10 comfortably!
Had the most amazing week at this condo!! This unit is so roomy and has a
very large balcony. We spent so many mornings, afternoons and evenings
enjoying the view from the balcony. We had eight adults and one toddler and
had more than enough room. Shari & Eric were always accessible and helpful.
We would love to stay at this condo again on our next visit to PCB!! Thank

Had a wonderful time. 3 reserved parking spots were great. Large balcony was awesome.
This is a great condo with gorgeous views. There is plenty of seating on the balcony to end each day with a spectacular sunset. There are plenty of amenities and the best part is the parking spaces. No flipping a coin to see who has to park across the streeet. We only had a couple of small problems during our stay but the owners took care of it immediately. We plan on staying again next year. Thanks Shari and Eric for sharing your home.
This condo met ever expectiation we had and then some! It was very clean and well maintained. The large balcony and amazing views did not disappoint! The beach was right there and easily accessible (and never super crowded!) Each room has its own bathroom so, even with 10 of us, we never had to wait to use one. If I had any questions, I received very prompt answers from the owners. I cant say enough good things!
Everything was amazing. Everything listed was exact. I did not have any issues at all with the unit or location. I would definitely recommend this unit.
We had a great time with our family, everything was very clean, the deck was awesome, great views of the ocean. We have no complaints at all, we loved it so much we stayed an extra day.
The condo was very updated and accommodated my family very well. The only thing we notice that the master bathroom toilet was loose to the floor. Very spacious and each bedroom having a bath is great. The spacious balcony made the trip. Every morning we watch for dolphins and occasion sting ray. The downfalls was the hetic check in. Two elevators for this size of building is not enough. Always waiting on them. Maybe stager checkin would be helpful. Also the code we were give to enter our condo was wrong. I had to called Shari a few times as we requested an earlier check in and it might of worked if we had received the correct code. Parking was good however being right in front we have an occasion when someone would take our spots. One day we had a guy pull in and with his vehicle he took two of the spots. We had to wait until he showed to park. We had no idea if he was staying there our visiting. It was unfortunate that we hit the time of year when the seaweed spoiled the beach. Some days we end up with pockets of seaweed or in your bathing suit. We did one day head down to Rosemary beach and found a beautiful beach with very clear water.
Overall the condo with great balcony was great and would recommend this place to our friends and family.

Saturday to Saturday preferred for weekly stays. A $500.00 security deposit is required. 7 day minimum required from Memorial day week until 3rd Saturday in August. 3 day minimum at other times. Guest Ocean Ritz wristbands (8) and Ocean Ritz parking passes (2) for 3 reserved parking spaces are provided. Additional Ritz parking passes available for $10/stay in condo office. Public parking lot available for $4/24 hour period.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and additional charges will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found. No pets are allowed on Ocean Ritz Premises. No exceptions will be made. Over 10 guests found in the unit or guests found with a pet will be asked to leave with no refund of rent or security deposit and charged with a flea spray. We strive to maintain cleanliness.
Complaints about unit or damages noted to the unit must be reported to the property manager within 24 hrs. of arrival.
