Ocean Ritz is a low-density Gulf front development with just 63 condos and only three units per floor which makes for a lot of peace and quiet with no waiting for the elevators. This 17th floor 4 bedroom, 4 bath East end condo has 3 spacious assigned parking spaces on the property next to the exit/entry.You wont have to worry about the tight parking inside the garage and no walking from across the street. It is tastefully decorated and offers a unique floor plan. The views are amazing from the Living Room and the two Gulf-Front Master Bedroom Suites open onto an incredible huge 12' x 40' Gulf Front Balcony. One of the biggest on the beach! Interior features include brand new plank tile flooring through out the unit. Other features include crown molding, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and a large breakfast bar that opens to the Living room area. The other 2 bedrooms are spacious with a queen bed in 1 room and twin beds in the other and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Easily, sleeps 8 to 10 comfortably! You must be 25 years or older to rent this Condo and provide government issued ID upon request.

Awesome Condo!!

Had the most amazing week at this condo!! This unit is so roomy and has a

very large balcony. We spent so many mornings, afternoons and evenings

enjoying the view from the balcony. We had eight adults and one toddler and

had more than enough room. Shari & Eric were always accessible and helpful.

We would love to stay at this condo again on our next visit to PCB!! Thank

you so much!

Beautiful!!

Our family really enjoyed this condo! It was comfortable and very nicely decorated. The balconies in this building are the greatest...they are the some of the largest ones I have ever seen. We were all able to be out there at the same time and still had room to move : ) We also really appreciated the 3 parking spaces! They are at the entrance/exit and not in the parking garage (which is very tight). The only problem we had was with the elevators. One of them fell a floor and we thought we were stuck but was able to get off quickly! But everything else was beautiful! Thank you Eric & Shari for sharing!!

Well maintained unit, lovely views, great space for a family reunion!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our time at this lovely condo. The furniture/ beds/ linens/ were all to our satisfaction. The parking was super easy and allowed for quick access to and from the condo. We spent many hours enjoying the view from the balcony when we weren't on the beach.

It was so nice to have the 4 bathrooms and washer/dryer in the unit.

Plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking. Unit needs a new larger glass coffee pot, but we made due with the 4cup coffee maker.

We would certainly return in the future!

Owner's Response: Thanks for your review. Sorry, the previous guest accidentally broke the larger coffee carafe on checkout day. It has now been replaced with a brand new 12 cup coffee maker. We look forward to you visiting us again soon!

Had a great time!

We loved the size and lay out of the condo. Everyone had room to be comfortable. The weather was a little crazy, but we enjoyed playing games the games provided and staying in.

The owner was very responsive to our needs and helpful. We would definitely book here again.

Rates are subject to change until reservations are confirmed. No refund for cancellations within 45 days of arrival.
Saturday to Saturday preferred for weekly stays. A $500.00 security deposit is required. 7 day minimum required from Memorial day week until 3rd Saturday in August. 3 day minimum at other times. Guest Ocean Ritz wristbands (8) and Ocean Ritz parking passes (2) for 3 reserved parking spaces are provided. Additional Ritz parking passes available for $10/stay in condo office. Public parking lot available for $4/24 hour period.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and additional charges will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found. No pets are allowed on Ocean Ritz Premises. No exceptions will be made. Over 10 guests found in the unit or guests found with a pet will be asked to leave with no refund of rent or security deposit and charged with a flea spray. We strive to maintain cleanliness.
Complaints about unit or damages noted to the unit must be reported to the property manager within 24 hrs. of arrival.

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
