Unit 1701 is a newly remodeled unit! Ocean Ritz is a low-density Gulf front development with just 63 condos and only three units per floor which makes for a lot of peace and quiet with no waiting for the elevators. This 17th floor 4 bedroom, 4 bath East end condo has 3 spacious assigned parking spaces on the property next to the exit/entry.You wont have to worry about the tight parking inside the garage and no walking from across the street. It is tastefully decorated and offers a unique floor plan. The views are amazing from the Living Room and the two Gulf-Front Master Bedroom Suites open onto an incredible huge 12' x 40' Gulf Front Balcony. One of the biggest on the beach! Interior features include brand new plank tile flooring through out the unit. Other features include crown molding, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and a large breakfast bar that opens to the Living room area. The other 2 bedrooms are spacious with a queen bed in 1 room and twin beds in the other and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Easily, sleeps 8 to 10 comfortably! You must be 25 years or older to rent this Condo and provide government issued ID upon request.

Awesome Condo!!

Had the most amazing week at this condo!! This unit is so roomy and has a

very large balcony. We spent so many mornings, afternoons and evenings

enjoying the view from the balcony. We had eight adults and one toddler and

had more than enough room. Shari & Eric were always accessible and helpful.

We would love to stay at this condo again on our next visit to PCB!! Thank

you so much!

Beautiful

The condo and the view was beautiful!

Only complaint I would have is the elevator broke! And it was a holiday weekend - so carrying luggage down 17 flights of stairs and having to go back up multiple times was not how we wanted to end our relaxing vacation. (From what I heard, the elevator breaks down often - and there are only 2!)

Beautiful Condo with awesome parking passes

Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. We had two families, 5 adults and 4 kids and never felt crowded. The rooms were spacious(each with bathroom connected), nicely decorated, and super clean. The walk-in shower in one of the master bedrooms is nice and big. I loved the tile floors throughout the condo. All the kitchen appliances worked properly. The huge balcony was amazing with great high-rise chairs so you can see the beach below. What a VIEW from the 17th floor! We enjoyed our coffee there in the mornings while listening to the ocean. The 3 reserved parking passes were greatly appreciated. There are only a few reserved spots and since the parking garage is a tight squeeze, the outdoor reserved spaces were great for our F-150 and SUV. We normally don't watch much TV while vacationing but with the rainy days, the TVs were a wonderful addition. We spent most of our time at the beach, but did spend a rainy day at the hot tub. The hot tub and pool were very clean, and had showers to clean the sad off your feet. A real must with the sugary white sand. I read some reviews about the elevators being slow before we arrived and was a little worried. However, our family didn't really experience an issue with them. Shari was very accommodating and always available for questions. Two must do's while there - rent a pontoon boat and visit shell island. So worth the money. Also walk across the street and get a frozen daiquiri each day.

Wonderful vacation with gorgeous views!

This was out second time staying at the Ocean Ritz. We chose this unit because of the 3 Parking Spaces and the location of the parking spots couldn't have been better. If you are looking at other units, having reserved parking spots is a must!! The Unit itself was spacious and included everything our family needed. Shari was very helpful. When we had a question on how to handle a problem she was quick to answer. The best feature would have to be the balcony. The balcony was large, had plenty of seating, and the view was unbelievable. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

Needs maintenance

The condominium is nice however this property has not been maintained. Almost all of the light fixtures needed bulbs and the dining room light had a short (fire hazard). Dining and playing games were done in the dark. The toilet in one of the rooms broke and the owner is holding our deposit as if it were our fault. Two 13 year old boys were in that room so I don't see how they could have broken the porcelain. There were two elevators that kept getting stuck and dropping floors. We were scared to use them so we had to take the stairs a lot (this unit is on the 17th floor). It took over an hour for us to get an elevator on check out day because they were so busy and not working properly. We had too much luggage to take the stairs.

Owner's Response: Hi, I am so sorry that there were light bulbs out. We ask all guests to call or text us anytime there is a problem or concern. Had you called me or told the housekeeper when she brought you the parking passes, she would have gladly replaced them. Our unit is inventoried upon checkout of each guest and housekeeping would have sent a damage report and a request to replace the broken toilet. Unfortuately, you reported the toilet damage the day before you checked out. Our housekeeper assessed us additional cleaning fees for the extra cleaning required after your stay. We did not charge you for that. This is the first and only time we have ever had to keep any part of a damage deposit from a guest. Management will be notified of your concerns re: the building maintenance and elevators.

Rates are subject to change until reservations are confirmed. No refund for cancellations within 45 days of arrival.
Saturday to Saturday preferred for weekly stays. A $500.00 security deposit is required. 7 day minimum required from Memorial day week until 3rd Saturday in August. 3 day minimum at other times. Guest Ocean Ritz wristbands (8) and Ocean Ritz parking passes (2) for 3 reserved parking spaces are provided. Additional Ritz parking passes available for $10/stay in condo office. Public parking lot available for $4/24 hour period.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and additional charges will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found. No pets are allowed on Ocean Ritz Premises. No exceptions will be made. Over 10 guests found in the unit or guests found with a pet will be asked to leave with no refund of rent or security deposit and charged with a flea spray. We strive to maintain cleanliness.
Complaints about unit or damages noted to the unit must be reported to the property manager within 24 hrs. of arrival.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
