This superb apartment is only a stones throw from the beach and a mile from the center of the ancient port of Looe.

This lovely, modern apartment is situated in Plaidy, a quiet residential area which has its own beautiful beach and is only a mile from the center of Looe, a 15 minute walk on the coastal path. Only two minutes stroll to the sea the apartment has been completed in a very modern, tasteful style and has sea views to the front and countryside to the rear of the property. Arranged over two floors the large lounge/diner, beautifully appointed kitchen, utility room and cloakroom/WC are on the second floor which also gives access to the garden/patio area and the self-contained annexe. On the lower floor are two twin rooms, the double bedroom with its en suite bathroom with corner bath and the family shower room. The adjacent annexe is self-contained and comprises a double bedroom and a kitchen/living room and bathroom with bath & power shower over, it also has its own patio area with sea glimpses.

The patio area to the main apartment has views to the sea and a barbecue and there is also another delightful quiet area of the garden surrounded by countryside. Full gas CH is throughout the main apartment with electric heating being provided in the annexe. Private parking is available for one car.

Ideal for six or eight people this will prove a delightful spot for a holiday at any season of the year.

Outstanding holiday retreat that feels like home!

Beautiful location, apartment clean, spacious & very accommodating. Central to all the delights Cornwall has to offer. Super scenic walk into looe however, we stayed here for Christmas so the path can be a little treacherous in the wintery weather. We would certainly go back again and the ease of booking and the service online was fantastic. Well worth a visit!
