Casa Boa e confortavel

A casa é muito boa, grande e confortável. A área de churrasco é perfeita. Só que a piscina precisa de algumas reformas, tem umas cerâmicas soltas e o meu sobrinho cortou o dedo do pé, um corte bem feio por sinal, também achei o processo de chegada e saída muito desorganizada cheguei às 17h e fiquei do lado de fora esperando o proprietário chegar até as 18h30 e na hora da saída as 15h mandei msg avisando que já é pronta pra ir embora pois eu estava com medo de pegar transito por causa do feriado e tive que esperar o proprietário mais uma vez até as 17h30 para fazer a vistoria da casa e devolver o caução. Muito chato isso. Tirando isso a estadia foi boa .

Lugar tranquilo

Local tranquilo e bom! Orientado ao anfitrião dar algumas manutenções para que fique ainda melhor, melhorar a saída de água da pia que entupiu, tinha muita areia nela, e a piscina que tem algumas coisas que precisam fazer manutenções que podem provocar acidentes, como pisos deformados ou soltos. O piso da borda da piscina é antiderrapante isso é bom, porem o da área externa próximo a piscina(sub borda) é liso e altamente escorregadio quando chove ou se passa molhado, precisa ser revisto com urgência! Os demais tudo ok principalmente os banheiros limpos e ok, o anfitrião Renan é um cara gente firmeza !

A estadia foi ótima, a casa muito confortável, embora precise de algumas reformas para ficar ainda melhor. Em conversa com a proprietária ela comentou que iria começar algumas reformas na casa. Casa é segura, perto da praia, o centro um pouco longe, mais tem mercadinho e farmácia no bairro. Recomendo. Elizabete
