Peaceful Wooded Retreat

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I recently vacationed in the area, and we both agreed that it was one of our best vacations. It all started with renting this property. First of all, it was ideal, because it was private, surrounded by woods, and tranquil. It was also, so convenient to all the surrounding towns that we wanted to visit. Stephanie, is wonderful to rent from. She offered suggestions of places to go, and places to eat, etc. All turned out to be very good. We enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely rent this place again! Thank you, Stephanie!

Lovely Cabin in the Woods!

  • 5 of 5

We were extremely pleased with our accommodations at this lovely cabin. It is idyllic gem in a beautiful quiet wooded setting. When planning a visit in the area, we had considered a local hotel. . . there is no comparison! The cabin had everything that we needed - and the privacy and quiet was a plus. I spent an afternoon on the back porch reading a book as a deer wandered by. Our only regret is that we didn't find this cabin sooner - and we are hoping that we will be able to use it again when we plan to be in the area. Stephanie was such a gracious and helpful host. . . and very helpful with suggestions. Don't miss this opportunity if you are planning to be in the Bluff City, TN area. :)

We are so pleased that we picked this home to visit TN! We had family from different areas converge to this location. Everyone felt very comfortable and the wooded lot is private and secluded. The owners, Rick and Stephanie are just wonderful! We will be staying again next year.

Secluded retreat near South Holston river

  • 5 of 5

I was in the area fly fishing for several days and was lucky enough to find this very nice house. It was very clean, peaceful and private. Great also for bird watching. Excellent location (almost on the South Holston River) and only 30 minutes to Watauga River. Great hospitality by the owner as well. I highly recommend this property.

Clean, cozy and convenient

  • 4 of 5

This is the perfect mountain cabin! The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Especially close to Jacob's Creek Job Corps Center since we were visiting our son there. Our family enjoyed a laid back, peaceful Thanksgiving and cooked our holiday meal at the cabin. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. All basic items were furnished , sheets, towels, paper products, etc. We loved the sitting areas on the front and back porches. Great get-away place at a reasonable price! Stephanie is great to work with too!
