This is a large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private pool in the St George's area near the renowned areas of Agios Georgios and Coral Bay. It is 750m from the beach and coastline and has sea views from most areas of the house. The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views (see below for details), a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. It may well be the perfect location for a vacation retreat.
The property has a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with large brown leather sofas having views of the television (with Premium Satellite and DVD), and through the patio doors into the garden and pool area. The dining area seats 6 and the kitchen is modern and well equipped. Making up the ground floor is a very nice twin bedroom with en-suite facilities that include bath and shower. The bedroom also has patio doors out to the garden and pool making it a very private and self contained area. Upstairs, a galleried landing leads to 2 further bedrooms which again are of a good size, the master having a king-sized bed and en-suite which comprises shower and cubicle. The twin room also has an en-suite with bath and shower. A balcony runs the full length of the upstairs, facing south and affording wonderful views of the immediate farmland, over to the Mediterenean Sea with the monastery at Agios Georgios making up part of the scenery.
This is a great area to sit in peace and quiet, have breakfast or a coffee and relax and enjoy the Cyprus sunshine.

Please note that a camp bed can be provided (for a supplement*) so sleep an extra child making the capacity of the villa 7. We do not however accept single sex parties or groups of 7 adults.
Outside, a long (pergola covered) driveway that can accommodate 2 cars leads to the front of the house and round into the rear garden area.
The rear garden has been carefully landscaped and has a 9m x 4m kidney-shaped private pool with Roman Steps (new in Nov 2015) as its centrepiece.
The garden has been fenced to the sides and rear for further privacy and there is ample room poolside for the outdoor dining table and chairs with parasol. Gas and Charcaol BBQ's have been provided to assist with the outdoor lifestyle.
The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout. Less than 15 minutes drive away: Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a zoo, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop. Less than 45 minutes drive away: Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf, a museum, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

The villa was Absolutely beautiful. I loved the location. We did the off road buggies over to Latchi, which was great. Latchi is lovely too. Kathikas is a stunning little village with lovely restaurants definitely worth a visit. The Segway tour was great fun! Go Karting & Foot golf great for my son's (14 &16) Sea You, Sea Caves & Oniro all fab places to watch the sunset, eat & relax. Kings Avenue shopping centre was fab.
Amazing service from you... always on hand for advice! Locally, again amazing... very friendly & helpful. A huge thanks to your taxis too. Both drivers were just fabulous. The vehicles were Spotless & spacious along with complimentary refreshments. We will definitely book these again when back in Paphos. We had an amazing time, thank you to all involved. Best regards. We all enjoyed our stay at villa st George , but unfortunately we left it a bit too late in the year , the pools was a bit too cold , but the kids braved it .
Maybe next time we will come earlier in the year , then we may find the attracti9ns like the water parks may be open . We all enjoyed the zoo in paphos , and also the harbour, which we have visited a number of times.
In walking distance of the villa are several traditional tavernas serving fresh fish (brought in at the local fishing port), BBQ'd meat and local dishes of the highest quality. You are only a 5-7 minute drive from Coral Bay, Peyia village and 20 minutes into Paphos town. Easy access can be gained to the beautifully traditional village of Kathikas and you can also easily reach Polis and Latchi on the other side. As previously mentioned, the beach and coastline can be walked to in under 10 minutes with a choice of routes and areas of coastline to enjoy. The monastery at Agios Georgios is beautifully architectured and is always a draw for visitors to the area.
Just a few km into the Akamas Nature Reserve are further beaches, the best of which is Lara which is arguably the best and most unspoilt on the West side of Cyprus. After the beach you can visit the beach cafe or have lunch at the famous 'Last Castle' taverna in Viklari.
