Price includes Renault Megane 7 Scenic Seater car. Welcome to Villa Paros, a private home nestled in the hills surrounding Peyia, a traditional Cypriot village only 10km from Paphos and overlooking the near-by popular village resort of Coral Bay. Villa Paros is a newly completed detached villa offering accommodation on two levels with additional outdoor living space comprising a roof terrace and private pool terrace. All four floor levels have unrivalled panoramic views across the surrounding countryside to the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is located in a no-through road which provides the only access to the four detached villas comprising Sunrise Dreams. The private terraces and garden of Villa Paros can only be accessed from within the villa itself. The pool is for the sole use of Villa Paros guests.
The main living accommodation comprises two levels with Air-Con units fitted throughout. A spacious and airy open-plan living area comprises a large, modern, fully fitted kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge area. The lounge area features leather chairs and sofa, TV, DVD, and Satellite**. Washroom facilities are also available at this level. French doors at the rear of the property open to a balcony providing access to the roof terrace. A marble staircase leads down from the main living area to the three spacious double bedrooms and main bathroom.
**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included) as well as many channels in German, Spanish and Russian. It also features a library of 900 movies, series and children's series which is regularly updated.**
The master bedroom has French doors open to a sun terrace which over looks the pool terrace. The master bedroom also benefits from a double bed and en-suite shower facilities. The two other bedrooms, similar in size to the master bedroom are both fitted with twin beds and fully fitted wardrobes. One of the bedrooms also benefits from French doors opening to the sun terrace.
The main bathroom dressed in marble tiles comprises WC, washbasin and bath with shower. The rear access to the property is gained at this level.
Access to the Roof Terrace is solely from the main living area balcony via an external staircase. This terrace provides the perfect opportunity to catch the last of the day's sunshine before sunset as well as enjoy alfresco dining and BBQ's all day and evening. Access to the pool terrace is solely from the lower ground level Sun Terrace of the villa. This terrace hosts the outdoor dining facilities comprising gas barbeque, table, chairs and sun umbrella. The pool terrace benefits from full sun through out the day and easily accommodates all sun-loungers during this period. The Sun Terrace which overlooks the Pool Terrace can be accessed from two of the three bedrooms and the main lower villa entrance.
The Sun Terrace also offers access to the secure shed utilised for storing all the outdoor furniture cushions and pool sun loungers.
It is not recommended for people with any mobility issues or who find stairs difficult to negotiate. Young children are welcome but should be supervised at all times, with particular attention around the private pool and roof terraces.

''The villa was amazing we loved everything about it the space the facilities and location. The location was great the view from the Villa was beautiful obviously a car was a necessity and was supplied by the owners which was a bonus. We went to many eateries in the area ... We loved Neros, The Grande, The Brewery, which are local and the Harbour in Paphos. We had a trip to Latchi a lovely fishing village about 40 minutes in the car plenty of restaurants to tempt you.
The service we received from yourselves was very professional and informative and I would recommend you to friends and family and would use your services again. We met the man who came to clean the pool a few times he seemed friendly didn't have any contact with the owner.
We intend to visit Cyprus this year again or next year hopefully. I do hope the comments We had a fantastic holiday and thank you and your team for all you did to ensure we enjoyed our holiday and we will be coming back to Cyprus very soon''.
The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the area. It is spread over a large area with the village centre (1km away/15 minute walk) having many good amenities including bars, restaurants, tavernas, shops and a bank (to name but a few). Only a 5 minute drive away is the famous Coral Bay resort with its Sandy beach for all the family as well as its more extensive selection of nightlife and daytime activities.
Paphos combines ancient history with a cosmopolitan, modern tourist resort. The area by the coast is known as Kato Paphos and boasts a pretty little harbour and plenty of open air cafes and bars. Further inland is the old town of Paphos, known by the locals as Ktima. With its narrow streets, hustle and bustle, covered market and typically Cypriot atmosphere, it is well worth a visit. As a consequence, Paphos is on UNESCO's World Cultural Heritage list.
