This amazing home is located one block from the beach and within easy walking distance of everything you will want to do in Clearwater Beach. The home offers you privacy and flexibility in putting together your own personalized experience at the beach, whether that involves cooking in or dining out, walking or driving. You work hard, so why not have your vacation exactly the way you want it? This condo is perfect for the whole family and is located in North Clearwater Beach where the crowds thin out, but you are still easy walking distance to everything.
This recently constructed home is 5 stories. The first floor has a two car garage as well as storage for beach toys and bicycles. To go up to the living areas, you can either take the stairs or the private elevator. The entire second floor is the private master suite and master bath. For large families, the master bedroom comes with a sofa bed. The master also has its own private balcony, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning. The master bathroom is enormous and features a two-person jacuzzi tub and separate tiled shower with dual rain shower heads. You will feel completely spoiled in the master suite. The vanity is granite with double bowls and the toilet area is separate and has its own door. The walk in closet is enormous and is where the pack-n-play is stored. The third floor has two bedrooms, the laundry facilities and a shared jack and jill bathroom with separate vanity. The front bedroom features pyramid bunks as well as a separate queen futon, while the rear bedroom has an additional full-sized bed with it's own private balcony, perfect for a guest couple. There are three inflatables, two twins and one queen for extra guests on the third floor. The fourth floor has the kitchen and living area. You will find two balconies here, one on the gulf side, one on the intracoastal side, allowing for gentle breezes to pass through the home. The leather sofa is a queen pull-out. The kitchen is comprehensively furnished and features stainless appliances as well as granite countertops. We have a coffee maker, a Keurig machine, two blenders, toaster, crock pot, both stainless, and non-stick pots, pans, and kitchen hardware you would expect in any fully-equipped home. The living room has plush leather sitting areas with areas for young ones to play. The sofa in the living room is also a queen sized pull-out. The living room has a child gate at the stairs for little ones. There are additional child pressure gates in the garage for any other floors/rooms desired. There is cable and 150Mbps standard and 5G wifi throughout the home and although you'll probably find lots of other things to do, if you want to catch the game, you can do so on your choice of five flat screen televisions located throughout the home ranging from the master up to the wet bar on the terrace. The living room entertainment system includes a Bose surround sound system with subwoofer. There is a TV on the terrace, as well as stereo system. The fourth and fifth floors also have recently installed bluetooth audio systems for connecting your mobile play lists with the home's audio.
The garage is fully equipped with beach stuff, carts, and a mountain bike. There are umbrellas, boogie boards, rafts and various beach toys. A beach cart will take this all to the beach and back and has a small cooler built in for lunch, drinks or snacks. Beach towels are provided. For families with young children, there is a high chair, toddler booster seat, and pack-n-play. All linens, bath and beach towels are included with your stay, there are no up-charges for these items.
Entry to the unit is via a resort lock door mechanism that provides you with a custom code during your dates/times of stay. This means that you can arrive and depart at any time without arranging to meet for your keys. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m. Exceptions can be arranged if there are no parties departing or arriving on your dates of arrival or departure. If available, there is no charge for early check-in or late departure, however, no guarantee can be made for this until within 3 weeks of your stay.
There are 8 units in the building, however, ours is the only unit that features the living area on the 4th floor. That is important for a few reasons. First, the view is far better from the living area than from the other units. Second, you are one floor away from the best feature of the property, the roof top terrace. Upstairs, you will find an enormous entertainment area, capable of hosting both great parties and quiet evenings enjoying the sunset. The home comes complete with a giant grill as well as outdoor furniture to enjoy the panoramic views of the Gulf to the Intracoastal. So from an entertainment perspective, the forth and fifth floors become the heartbeat of this home. And of course, with a terrace like this, you will undoubtedly spend most of your time up here, cooking, soaking up the rays, enjoying the hot tub and the view.

I live part time in Harrisburg, PA, part time in Florida, and part time in Antigua, Guatemala. I have been coming to Clearwater Beach as a vacation destination for 15 years. The reason is that Clearwater Beach is simply one of the nicest beaches in the world. The surf is safe for young kids and there is always something new to see and explore. We have stayed in many places from 880 Mandalay down to the other end of Clearwater Beach and our location, we feel is the best. First, the beach is right there. But unlike locations closer to the pier, we are just far enough away that the crowds thin out a little and so you don't need to be on the beach at 6:00 a.m. to find yourself a prime piece of sand. Second, we are steps from more restaurants than you can possibly enjoy on a seven day vacation, including some of the more popular beach restaurants like Frenchy's and the Palm Pavilion. We have a CVS a block away for little incidentals, and easy to navigate public transportation is available to take you to the grocery store. Public docks for charter boats and day boats are a few blocks away if you like catching fish. Or if you just like observing them, there is a certain dolphin with a prosthetic tail nearby as well (sorry not a fish, but had to transition that somehow). The point of all of this is, you could literally skip the rental car and save yourself $500.
Our development, Park Place, has eight units in a row. Ours is the end-unit, which means that you have unobstructed views all around. It possesses, by far, the best views in the building. The original owners also made the brilliant move of putting the living area up on the 4th floor. The result is that the terrace becomes an extension of the living room since it's just up one flight of stairs (as opposed to 3 like the other units). If you're grilling, for example, while boiling corn on the stove, do you really want to run up and down three flights of stairs every time you want to check on something?
The condo was very clean and had everything you need for a day at the beach, watching the game or relaxing in the hot tub. The views were awesome from the 5th floor balcony. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. My family had a great time!
I had to cancel my reservation, but I must say that my experience was very very good. Owner was very friendly, quick responses, and I received my deposit back with no problems at all. I hope next time I can actually stay there! Thanks.
George was very helpful throughout our stay. Clean and well maintained. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Good time BBQing on the rooftop with views of the bay side and ocean side. Definitely recommend. Can easily accommodate 10 people.
I rented this home for my husband's 50th birthday. We invited and had 4 of his friends join us for a long weekend, but we stayed a full week. The house itself is very functional and having the kitchen/living area on the top floor was such a bonus (great views and close to the rooftop). The house is a very quick walk to the beach and the shops and restaurants. The rooftop was by far the highlight of the trip. Being able to watch football while sitting in the hot tub AND enjoy views of the gulf and intercoastal was heaven for my Husband. The elevator was very nice for luggage a groceries. George was wonderful to work with and very hospitable. I work in hospitality so really appreciate a wonderful host and such prompt responses to questions or needs. We will definitely be back for a vacation in coming years.
5 of us stayed here for 4 nights and it was a great experience. This condos location is perfect and is in walking distance to everything (beach, restaurants, shops, pier 60) which made it convenient. The elevator was an added bonus considering the steps to each floor. But loved how private each floor was too. And the rooftop area was a great place to hangout watch the sunsets and grill out. George was also very helpful and responded quickly to all my questions.
We stayed at this property for 4 nights in September. The location is perfect, set between the gulf and the intercoastal, the views from the roof top terrace are perfect to see the sun rise and set.
The property itself is set over 5 floors including the large garage and roof terrace and there is plenty of space. The addition of a private lift makes moving luggage and tired bodies much easier as there are quite a lot of steps.
Everything needed was included at the property, so if you self-cater this would work perfectly. For us, we chose to eat out mostly, so the proximity to all the restaurents and attractions made this simple.
