Right across the street from 120' lakefront. The back borders the beautiful Sleeper State park with bike and hiking trails. Full kitchen amenities and gas grill on patio/picnic table. Campsite (firewood provided) for roasting smores. Remodeled and updated in 2015. Water softener/purification system installed in 2016.

Our family has vacationed in Caseville for over 36 years. Great fun & many family memories made in Caseville. Bring your food to grill, some beach toys and beach towels and make memories in a peaceful area, close to Port Austin's Farmers Market. Short ride to Crescent State Park down the road. Nice family restaurants, Family Fun Center, Putt Putt golf, kayak and paddle board rental. Great place to see STARS and find shells on the beach! Shallow waters make it great for little tikes. Easy drive using M-53 -only 2.25 hr. from Detroit

Easy living all on 1 floor. Update ranch style home. Door wall to patio off Family Rm. The beach is across the street from property with 120 ft of lake frontage. We purchased this property because we spend almost every weekend up in Caseville from Friday to Sunday during the summer and many weekends during the fall and winter too.
It's called the Annex because we will be using it for family/friends that overflow our house.
The cabin was perfect. So much room to relax with a beautiful backyard for my kids to play. Pretty much feels like someone left you their cottage. Spent a lot of time in Port Austin which was only a 20 minute drive and went canoing through the state park which was only about 10 minutes away. Went to caseville as well but not much to be said about it. Nice beach right across the street.
We came down for a wedding and stayed for the weekend. House was very clean and spacious as pictured. Beach was very clean and perfect for swimming with kids. Much cleaner beach than the campground around the corner. New bedding/pillows on twin beds. Most towels were brand new. A suggestion would be to add an ironing board/iron. Thanks!
Great location. The beach right across the street was wonderful. The home served our purpose for the long weekend. We will be renting this home again.

Great beach, perfect for young children with easy accessibility being directly across the street. We watched beautiful sunsets and admired a sky full of stars. Great putt-putt course between Caseville and Port Austin (Sandy Dunes Adventure Golf). Nice place to stay.
Great house, very clean and quiet. Loved the beach access. Beach lovers who want to take small kids here is great, sandbar to walk out on and clean sand for little ones to play. We took our toddler here and he loved it.
It was very affordable and the owners were easy to contact.
The water is well and not drinkable, but you can get water for less than a dollar a gallon at the grocery store.
We enjoyed our stay and would definatly rent this again.
Great bike path on Port Austin Rd. Ride approximately 50 miles on the shoreline of Caseville to Port Austin.
