This is our second home, so when you come to visit you will feel as a family guest. The house is over 2300 sq ft with a Lanai that is over 1200 sq ft. The Villages added an additional $200,000 for this premium lot and view. Our pool is heated with solar panels. We offer all the comforts you would have in your personal home including an ample supply of kitchen ware and towels. We have the largest kitchen of any designer home. Comfortable furniture, 2 HD TV's, music and DVDs. A brand new gasoline powered golf cart with adjustable bucket seats and enclosures for rainy weather and SEAT belts for your protection!! This is a $190 per week value. Awesome views of golf course from master bedroom, living room, dining room and the kitchen! High quality outdoor furniture to take in the views while enjoying your morning coffee or evening wine, or sun bathing. An outdoor gas grill to cook your steaks.

The bedrooms offer a king, queen and full size bed with plenty of convenient lighting and dressers.

The screened pool area has wet bar, refrigerator, two very comfortable swivel/rockers with adjoining table for coffee, tea or cocktails under roofed cover. Additionally, a dining table, two chairs and two lounge chairs surrounding the pool. We provide maps of The Villages to help in your navigation. We are sure you will enjoy your vacation here in our beautiful home.

Beautiful house and outstanding views of golf course

The house is very nicely decorated. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed sitting at the table having lunch and watching the golfers. The beds and linens were new and clean. Not sure what previous guest was referring to. Will definitely come back.

Owner's Response: I was quite shocked at this review since it is opposite to 27 other 5 Star reviews. This house was built 2 years ago and we filled it with brand new furniture, new mattresses, new pillows, new sheets, new bedspreads and new kitchenware. Everything is at the most 2 years old. I have personally examined the sheets and pillows after his stay and have no idea what the guest is referring to. No other guest even suggested anything close to old in their comments. I did buy NEW sheets and pillow cases just so there no future concern. We have several types of pillows since some people like soft and some like fuller. It is possible he did not like the softer flatter pillows. I would also like to mention that we had problems with this guest. We have a 10:30 check out and when the maids arrived at 12, the guests were still there and the maids had to wait 1/2 hour until they left.This caused the maids to be late getting the house ready for the next guest check in at 4 PM. It takes 4 hours to clean house and complete laundry. Secondly we found 3 deep scratches on the front of our 2 year old stainless steel refrigerator! They can not be removed and could only have been caused by a diamond ring. These were definitely NOT there before their arrival. We now have to replace the doors at a cost of $2000. I would suggest reading past and future reviews.

Exceptional Property Beyond our Expectations

The Bath home in the Villages was exactly the vacation rental we had envisioned, and more. David corresponded with us prior to the trip and arranged for pick-up of the resident IDs and guest passes, and the day before arrival provided instructions for entering the home. This was as painless as it gets. Upon arrival the home was perfect in every way, including all the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable, carefree vacation. The home is well furnished, the kitchen area is huge (and beautiful), and the lanai and pool areas overlooking the golf course are relaxing. The home is centrally located in the Villages and is very near the IKE recreation center and the Brownwood town center. There are many good restaurants nearby. The golf cart provided with the home is first class. Needless to say, the golfing opportunities are fantastic, with 12 championship courses and 33 executive courses on the Villages property, all within the golf cart driving distance. The description regarding the home was accurate and the property was clean and well maintained in all aspects. David provided all the necessary information for a carefree vacation and was available by telephone if needed. This is a wonderful place to spend a quiet, relaxing vacation with a variety of recreational activities and entertainment located within golf cart distance. We definitely plan to return to the Bath home in the future and highly recommend this as the perfect vacation home for others to enjoy. Terrific Home In Collier

My husband and I have been coming to The Villages for 5 years and this is our favorite home. We love the location, the layout of the home, the pool, and the view. It is also so nice to have everything you need in the home including a golf cart. We had a membership to MVP Sports for a week in Brownwood for $30 each and enjoyed that. The golf courses are a great deal and the sand hill cranes are enjoyable to watch hanging out on the greens. The neighbors are also very friendly.

We appreciate the Baths sharing their home! We'll be back!

Wonderful Vacation!

My wife and I recently vacationed, for two weeks, in this home in The Villages. It was our first visit to the area and we can't think of a more pleasurable home to stay. The home is absolutely gorgeous...well stocked, roomy, clean and comfortable! The view from the lanai is absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai in the mornings, lounging in the pool during the day, and golf cart rides to Brownwood Square in the evenings.

We want to thank the Baths for allowing us to stay in their home. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously!
