Sanctuary at Redfish is a magnificent, gated resort facility providing luxury and serenity while staying within minutes of fantastic restaurants, art galleries and charming shops. This sixty-four unit condominium resort is located on approximately fourteen secluded acres in Santa Rosa Beach Florida. The property slopes down to Big Redfish Lake providing breathtaking lake and gulf views. Only a few places in the world are fortunate enough to have favorable conditions for these lakes to form and they provide a unique environment for a diverse collection of wildlife normally in separate fresh water or salt water ecosystems. Of the fourteen acre property, the building sits on approximately six acres. Sanctuary at Redfish preserves as much of the natural vegetation as possible to create an environment of serenity and privacy unmatched along 30A. The property is bordered on the west and south by Big Redfish Lake which empties out into the Gulf of Mexico. Sanctuary at Redfish provides a long list of first class amenities for residents. The expansive pool deck consists of four separate pools, including one zero-entry pool, one adult pool, and one heated pool which is great for children. There are also two hot tubs. You can fish, simply float or paddle your way to the white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico with our complimentary canoes or kayaks located along the path to the left of the dock at the lake. However, you may also choose to relax and call Captain Bob to take you on a peaceful four minute complimentary boat ride on Big Redfish Lake that drops you off on our dedicated beach within steps of ocean water. We offer Complimentary Beach Service which includes two beach chairs and an umbrella that awaits you at the beach for the duration of your stay. If you need additional beach chairs you will find TWO additional beach chairs in the unit for you convenience. You will need to transport them to and from the beach if you choose to use them.
After your day at the beach you can walk or take short drive to our fabulous local restaurants or use one of our four gas grills to cook your dinner. S'Mores might be what's on the menu for dessert, which can be enjoyed poolside at the large gas fire pit.

Our condominium has ALL BRAND NEW Furnishings as of May 2015. It is an extended unit floor plan (1958 square ft) and has 10 foot ceilings with Travertine tile floors and lush carpets. The unit includes a Master King suite which has a jetted tub, walk-in closet and sitting area. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with an on-suite bath which consists of a large tub/shower combo. The third bedroom comes with 2 sets of bunk beds. The first set is a Twin XL (same length as a queen). The second set is a regular Twin set of bunks. Both sets hold up to 1000 lbs. Our unit sleeps 8 and features a large private balcony which is perfect for your favorite cup of coffee in the morning or a quiet place to curl up with a good book. In addition to the 3 luxurious bedrooms, each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom. There is a powder room and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer off the beautiful travertine hallway. This unit is one of the 12 extended units at Redfish. Our unit has 1958 square feet that affords additional space in the living area and master bedroom. We are located on the 1st floor just steps from the 2nd overhang. There are 3 HDTV's for cable TV viewing and a Bluray/DVD player for each HDTV. There is also High Speed Internet and Wifi supplied in the unit for your convenience and a Microcell mini tower for enhanced cell phone connectivity.
The large living room is furnished with two sofas, an oversized chair with ottoman, a coffee table, 2 end tables and TV media console circle the gas fireplace for extra warmth on cool nights. The dining table seats 8, and there is extra seating at the breakfast bar for four. The open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is also fully stocked with conveniences such as dinnerware, cookware, glassware and an assortment of small appliances.
Bike rental is available and within walking distance at Big Daddy's Bike Shop (2217 W. Co Hwy 30A) for you to take a ride along scenic 30A. Call to reserve your rental at 850-622-1165. If you feel adventurous and would like to take a break from the sun, you may want to browse the quaint local shops as well as antique shops in the area. Going east on 30A will take you to Grayton Beach, WaterColor and Seaside. For those who want to take on some major shopping, Destin Commons and the Sandestin Silver Sands Outlet Mall are just a short drive west on Hwy 98.

We vacationed at Sanctuary at Redfish and fell in love with the place and community of people. We are blessed with 5 beautiful children that absolutely love Redfish as much as we do. We even spent Thanksgiving here and went down to Rosemary Beach for the Tree lighting. Lots to do on 30A.

Home to the most beautiful white sugar sand beaches in Florida. Convenient for us to drive or fly to from our home as well as for family and friends to visit. Gated resort, close to restaurants and shopping but away from the traffic and congestion of Panama City and Destin.
Gated, secluded and an upscale community. A friendly- family neighborly feel. Many activities at your fingertips if you so choose.
This condo was very nice and had all the necessities needed with everything upgraded. A couple instances with things missing but Cathy was very quick to resolve. The pontoon shuttle was very nice and having beach service was definitely a plus. Only drawback was that memorial day weekend had a lot of people going to a from the beach so there was sometimes a 5 minute wait for the shuttle as multiple trips had to be made with all the people. Other than that, from pool to residence, this place was very nice.
The pictures did not do this property and condo justice! It was beautiful and well kept! Cathy was amazing to work with too!
We spent April 2-9 at Sanctuary at Redfish in this beautiful condo. Kathy was great to work with throughout the process. The condo is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is very well-stocked with pots, pans, knives, and even a new crock pot that allowed us to maximize our time by the pool. This condo is away from the pool area and overlooks the sanctuary area between the building and the dune lake and we frequently saw deer in the early morning or evening.
We highly recommend this condo (and its owners!).
My friends & I were looking for the perfect place for a girls' getaway & we found it! We loved the this home, the activities offered like canoeing & biking, & the pool/hot tub area provided room for all. I highly recommend this location! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
We had a wonderful time. The condo is spotless with everything you need to have fun at the beach. The grandchildren loved the bunk room. We enjoyed riding the pontoon boat each morning, with Captain Bob. A lot of good places to eat are close by.
I truly didn't know what a gem we would discover when we visited the 30A area. The location is wonderful in between 2 busier beach cities. The condo was awesome. Everyone had their own privacy and the facility has just about every amenity you could want. We saw reviews of people not enjoying the boat ride. I can't imagine why? The boat literally picks you up at the dock and puts you within 50 yards of your beach chair. The pools were not crowded. We met several families from around the country that keep coming back to Sanctuary. We now know why! Cathy is great to work with! She answered all our questions ahead of time and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will definitely be visiting again. There are so many extra touches that have been added to this condo. You definitely will not be disappointed.
Grayton Beach, WaterColor and Seaside, just 5-7 minutes away provide many fine dining and casual dining establishments. There are also many shops with unique items for your home or for gift giving.

Our condo sleeps 8 in beds with an 8 person Maximum occupancy. We purposefully do not supply extra linens. Overnight sleeping on the sofas is prohibited. Any violation of our rules or the condominium association rules can result in immediate eviction. Our rules are designed to ensure a premier experience for all our guests each and every week. Deposits are refundable if canceled more than 60 days before arrival. Deposits are Non-refundable if less than 60 days before arrival, except where the owner can find a substitute renter. As a form of payment we prefer eChecks (U.S. residents only). We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover cards. MONTHLY RENTAL CLEANING FEE IS $275.00
