Modern 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Condo With Private Beach Access And On-Call Shuttle

Welcome to Redfish Blue, located in fabulous Redfish Village! Just one block from the sugar sand beaches lining the Gulf of Mexico, this exclusive 80-unit complex on 30-A offers everything you’ll need for the perfect family vacation! This corner unit — one of only a handful in Redfish Village — boasts a large, private balcony with a view of Big Redfish Lake and the surrounding treetops. The luxury rental unit also has its own private entrance, complete with a second, covered patio — the perfect place to stow bikes, wagons, coolers and beach chairs without having to bring them inside for the night!

The beautifully furnished unit sleeps 8 and has three bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom and large closet. It also features a large, gourmet kitchen featuring stainless Viking and Jenn-Air appliances, an island, granite countertops and shaker-style cabinetry. The dining table extends to seat eight people, while the living room is filled with original, local art. The unit also has four cable TVs and free WIFI.

Additional amenities at your disposal include a washer and dryer, hardwood floors, 12-foot ceilings, a wine refrigerator, board games, toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles and beach toys. No need to buy anything for your visit to the beach!

Speaking of the beach… it is so close! Owners and guests at Redfish Village enjoy private beach access just a block away, complete with restroom facilities and outdoor showers via access through locked gate. And if you don’t care to walk the short distance to the beach, you can take the Redfish Village beach shuttle, a six-seater golf cart that comes whenever you call. Included in the rate are two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella at the foot of Blue Mountain Beach, a laid-back residential community said to be the highest point along the entire Gulf of Mexico.

Tired of the beach? Enjoy the huge main pool or the hot tub back at Redfish Village once the sun goes down. Lounge chairs and umbrella-topped tables surround the pool, and guests have access to poolside professional gas grills. Children will enjoy the on-site playground and the village green, with plenty of room for football, frisbee or sack races. Or feed the fish at the complex's private dock over Big Redfish Lake. Redfish Village also boasts a workout room, bank, nail salon, juice bar and restaurant.

We love the beaches of South Walton and the sophistication that comes with staying on 30A. Redfish Village combines beautiful Florida coastal architecture with modern, clean design, just one block from the beach! Owning in Blue Mountain Beach provides us the tranquility and amenities we need, while remaining close to the hustle and bustle of Seaside, WaterColor and Rosemary Beach.

What makes this condo unique

We chose this particular condo for several reasons, but especially because of the outdoor space the unit provides. We have a large corner unit with two large covered balconies, one of which includes a private entryway with space for all of our beach gear. Building M2 also is special because the complex's parking garage is directly below our unit and our building shares space with the Redfish Village pool, grills, playground and green space.

Beautiful, clean, well-maintained, comfortable condo. A wonderful stay!

I shared this condo with 1 other colleague for 4 nights on a business trip. It was a clean, spacious, beautiful condo to come home to at night. The grounds of Redfish village were well kept. Parking was easy and the location was very convenient to shops, wonderful restaurants and the beach. I cannot wait to return! Thank you!

Amazing Christmas!

This was our first Christmas at the beach, and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The location was perfect for walks to the nearby beach, trips to Seaside or any of the surrounding beach communities. The heated pool and hot tub gave us plenty of opportunities to use the various pool tools provided with the condo. We highly recommend this condo and Blue Mountain Beach for a laid back family vacation at anytime of the year.

Condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen is well stocked for those wishing to cook. Well suited for up to four children and 4 adults. Enjoyed pool each evening after hanging out at beach. Cooked out on gas grill, enjoyed private patio off master bedroom and large dining table for playing games. Have been vacationing in this area for over 40 years and would highly recommend Blue Mountain Beach to anyone looking for a quieter beach compared to some of the larger well known beach communities along 30A.

Great vacation in Blue Mountain Beach

This was our first time staying in Blue Mountain Beach and we had a great time. We have 2 kids, ages 7 and 4, and the condo was conveniently located for us. Even though Redfish Village offered free shuttle service, we ended up just making the short walk to the beach each morning. There were several restaurants close by that we really enjoyed: Craft Bar in Grayton Beach and La Playa and Perfect Pig in Gulf Place were probably our favorites.

Our only complaint was that the condo itself was not completely cleaned before we arrived. To Christine's credit, she responded to us immediately to address our concerns and she had her cleaning service reach out to us as well.

We would recommend this rental property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Perfection in Paradise

Words cannot describe the beauty of this condo!!! We were shocked to discover that it was even better than the pictures. Christine (& family) have gone above & beyond in thinking of every detail to provide the perfect getaway. This huge corner unit not only provides space for everyone, but also even more space to have some "quiet" time when you need it.

Our 5 yr. old & 8 yr. old LOVED having their own bunk bed so each could sleep on the top bunk. The toys & games provided lots of fun during "inside" time. The GREAT private breezeway gave them a perfect space to run around within reach.

The AMAZING stocked kitchen, gorgeous living area & huge bedrooms & bathrooms provided a perfect place for Mom, Dad, Grandmom & Granddad to kick back and enjoy this fantastic vacation spot. We took the children to Big Kahuna water park & a dolphin boat tour. Although they had fun, they kept asking, "When can we go back to the "house" & play?"

Due to Christine thinking of everything, down to the wine chiller, we cooked some meals at "home" and also enjoyed some delicious local dining in Blue Mountain Beach & Seaside. Everyone loved the convenient location of the beautiful pool and (reserved parking space). Although we didn't get to use the private beach area (met family at their house) we all agreed that this condo goes on our favorites list. Grandmom & Granddad stayed in another unit in Redfish Village in 2012 & they agreed that the location, size & furnishings of Christine's condo were far superior. We DEFINITELY hope to return!

For those looking to get back to nature, Blue Mountain Beach and its environs are just the place to kick back and relax. Walton County, Florida, is home to 15 coastal dune lakes, one of which is Big Redfish Lake, a unique geographical feature adjacent to Redfish Village otherwise found only in Madagascar, Australia, New Zealand and Oregon. Just to the north is Point Washington State Forest and a few miles west is Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. You can rent bicycles at Big Daddy’s on Blue Mountain Road to ride as a family through the parks or along the Timpoochie Trail that runs along 30-A. Redfish Village also offers easy access to the area’s golf courses, hiking trails, tennis courts and variety of water sports.

Sports and nature aren't the only attractions along 30-A, though. The nearby communities of Seaside, WaterColor, Rosemary Beach and Grayton Beach offer great restaurants and shopping possibilities, and the best ice cream along the panhandle, at Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, is located just across the street from Redfish Village. In nearby Sandestin, retail and entertainment options abound at Grand Boulevard, the Village of Baytowne Wharf and the upscale Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Destin Commons, with more than 70 shops and restaurants, is just a few miles farther down U.S. 98.
