You will hard pressed to find a condo with a beach front porch like this one. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo includes a full kitchen, washer/drier combo, and dining area. It is located literally in the middle of everything in Panama City Beach. Only a mile from Walmart, and less than a quarter-mile from golf. It really is an amazing place for a family oriented experience, during the times of spring break and there on there will be no drinking on the beach, then or there after we want each family to feel relaxed and secure in their stay with us, so come as a golfing group or just to bunk down for the winter, either way just relax and enjoy your stay...(please note) arrival time must be before 4pm and check out time is 10 am fla time , hope to hear from you soon and for each stay one person must be 21 to rent! Thank you

This unit has the most spectacular view of the ocean from the balcony you can sit back and hear the waves rush on to the sand and feel the cool breeze from the ocean ..

Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had last week! The condo worked out great, the beach was awesome! We found a lot of neat things to do with the grandkids in the afternoons. Mr. Roach came on Thursday and it was truly a pleasure to meet him.

What a great location and use of space!!

We really enjoyed the condo at Moondrifter. There is plenty of room for the entire family. The living room is huge and can seat 8 to 9. My kids slept on the recliners/sofa. It had everything you need and the HUGE balcony was top notch. Having use of washer and dryer is great too! I would definitely stay there again.

Great vacation

Property is in a good location, great size, awesome views. Easy walk to the beach. Negatives Club Level a next door can be too loud late in to the night/morning. Will be back

This particular condo is in an excellent location. It could be a 5 star condo with some effort.

The condo is in prime location. The layout is great. However several issues need to be addressed. Currently, your condo is worth considerably less per night that what you are charging. Pls think abt the following issues to improve your investment overall. 1-General workmanship/repair. Font door tile doesn't come to the door. It's just open plywood. The spare bathroom is in demolition phase? All towel racks broken, shower (although clean) was so worn with mold/mildew that no one wanted to stand in it. The kitchen disposal smelled so bad when we got there, we aired out the condo (again, I believe kitchen was thoroughly cleaned). The curtain rod holder in the den area was broken and curtains were barely hanging. There were many holes where it had hung previously. We were afraid to move curtains for fear of coming off wall completely and being charged for it. Yes, this is a list of repairs but yet easy repairs to improve your place. 2-the front load washer had black mildew in the front glass and all in the seal. It smelled terrible. Again, we weren't comfortable using the washer. If advertising washer/dryer, vacationers want to feel comfortable that their clothes aren't being washed in mildew. 3- this ties into #2 but the main problem is the smell in the spare bedroom. As soon as in condo, the smell of horrible mildew hits you in the face. I believe it is coming from spare bedroom linens, pillows, comforter. That room has no window, is very small and dark. Vacationers do not want to spend their hard earned money and realize when there that their kids can't sleep in the 2nd bedroom because of the smell. 4-need a few more basics. Things such as clean blankets (which we had to buy because none were provided) to some balcony furniture. 4 Adirondack chairs do not do that balcony/view justice.5-back door doesn't lock. We were unable to secure belongings 6-response time from owners. Your original response when I was trying to rent condo was almost instantaneous. Once there, I tried emailing you several times abt a few broken issues that I wanted to make you aware of so we wouldn't be charged. I never got 1 response back. I never once asked for a refund or money back. However, if you are going to continue to charge what we were charged, clients need to know what they will be getting. All of these issues are simple and somewhat inexpensive to repair. Take pride in your investment. Rent honestly. It really could be a great place down the road.

Owner's Response: I greatly appreciate your comments , I found them to be truthful and correct, This is the first complaint I have had on this house cleaning service, I took immediate action, and fired the house cleaning service, I am very thankful and grateful to be the owner of this unit, I take great pride in owning this unit, and I am please to say I have a great cleaning service now, this unit is the most sought after unit in the entire complex as to where it is for sale or not. once again thank you for your comment this helped me preserve my investment. What a great condo!

Wow, what a wonderful experience we had at this condo. It was our first time staying there, but def won't be our last! Anita was so nice and interested in making our stay comfortable for us. The condo was great....everything we needed. The beds slept so good after a long drive and we were even impressed with the pillows on the beds! We had a wonderful time the whole week just like we were at home. Upon arrival the condo was very clean, and had enough furniture for us all to sit down in the living room. We were right even with the ocean and loved the view! Thanks for making our stay a wonderful experience.

Fantastic!

This condo exceeded my expectations. Anita went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. The reviews I read for the condo made it seem that we were taking a risk by renting here. Completely false! We had a wonderful time. The condo itself is clean, spacious, and exceptionally cheaper than several of the other places we considered. We were STEPS from the beach. Our patio was larger than any condo I have ever stayed. You are far enough from Club La Vela that it isn't a nuisance, but still walking distance to several places! I would definitely recommend this condo, and I will be contacting the owner as soon as we vacation in Panama again!! Thank you guys so much!
