This beautiful new townhome, "Five Starfish Townhome", is centrally located on Saint Simons Island. The property includes a one-car garage and ample parking space. A lovely pool is located in the complex for your enjoyment.
The unit features hardwood floors throughout, 9 foot ceilings with crown moulding, granite counter tops in kitchen and baths. The main floor offers a large, open, fully equipped kitchen (including an ice cream maker) stainless appliances, separate dining area, half-bath, great room with sofa bed, 50 inch TV - streaming Netflix, Pandora, etc. from your personal accounts, and nice patio, with new Weber grill, which looks out to a beautiful wooded area.
The upstairs features a master suite with vaulted ceilings, a King-sized bed with pillow top mattress and luxury bedding, soaking tub, separate shower and a large walk-in closet, queen bedroom with vaulted ceiling, pillow top mattress and luxury bedding and a third bedroom with two twin beds, a lovely sunny window and large closet. Down the hallway you will find a shared bath and laundry area with a new high capacity washer and dryer.

We currently live on Saint Simons Island. After vacationing here, we decided this would be a wonderful place to eventually retire. There is so much to see and do, and it is important to us to be able to get out and enjoy nature. Our children love to come to visit, ride their bikes or take a kayak through the marsh. We have met so many interesting people that share our excitement for life on the island. It is truly a unique area and we are excited to share it with others.

We fell in love with the natural beauty of the island and know the preservation of nature is of utmost importance here. We love to get out and enjoy the island, whether biking or walking, and are always amazed at the beauty that surrounds us. We purchased this property because we know Saint Simons is so much more than a beach town. The possibilities are endless, and we know you will want to return every chance you get.
This comfortable townhome is brand new. The welcoming peaceful ambiance allows you to relax and reflect on the days activities. The patio looks out onto a wooded area with a beautiful large oak tree with draping moss and is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the early morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The complex offers a beautiful new pool for you to enjoy, ample parking and a one car garage which makes storing golf clubs or beach equipment convenient. The property is in very close proximity to Starbucks, Winn Dixie, CVS, or Southern Soul Barbecue. Enjoy walking, biking, shopping, dining all within minutes from your door.

Upon walking into this beautifully decorated town house, my family felt like we were home. The gorgeous upscale nautical decor is a delightful welcoming treat. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. No detail was left out to provide a relaxing and amazing weekend. One of my favorite places to enjoy my morning coffee was the beautiful back patio with greenery and flowers galore. My children enjoyed swimming in the community pool in the evening. The comfortable living room furniture enticed us to relax and enjoy our vacation. 5 Starfish is extremely well located for all conveniences. Everything from restaurants, grocery stores, and movie theaters are right down the road. We can not wait for another opportunity to come back and visit 5 Starfish!! We had a great time at you townhouse. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our group of 5 people. You really thought of everything to create a warm and welcoming vacation, would have loved to stay longer. Location was great as well, close to everything. Thank you so much for all of the extra touches that you put into making anyone feel welcome. We will be back.
Thomas and Faith have outdone themselves creating a magical five-star(fish) SSI getaway. The townhouse is brand new and decorated with style and class. There is literally nothing you could want for within the home. As someone who rents fairly often, I brought a number of kitchen gadgets based on past experience and never opened the bag.
There are state of the art appliances, electronics and fast high speed internet within the unit. The new townhouse community is almost complete and the pool is fantastic with showers and restrooms on site. All the neighbors we chatted with were lovely.
The location is perfect for quick access to Brunswick and Jekyll Island and less than a ten minute drive (even the week of July 4th) to the beaches, pier and lighthouse.
The open floor plan allows for meal prep and cooking while still being apart of the conversation. The small patio is great for keeping the grill master company and enjoying dinner. The bedrooms (linens & towels too) are warm and welcoming with great closet space so you can really move-in and relax for the week.
I echo other comments that the owners made the rental and check-in process seamless and easy and provided great local information.
This rental is a rare find and will not disappoint!
Quite welcoming, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, very clean ,centrally located yet peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed our entire stay. The owners were very helpful in recommending many of the local attractions and great places to dine. We were blessed to experience so many great firsts it would be hard to choose just one! we highly recommend this place for a great getaway.

Saint Simons Island (SSI) offers countless possibilities for fun and entertainment. A bike trail extends from the south end of the island to the north end, with unlimited opportunities for hiking, jogging and walking, all perfect ways to enjoy the preserved natural beauty of the island. For the more adventurous, kayak rentals and tours are available as well as paddle board rentals and instruction. If you are interested in a day at the beach, we enjoy going to the Coast Guard Station beach. It offers a wide area of beach, parking, and restrooms.
It is also fun to walk through the village area with its many great shops to explore and restaurants to sample. Walk along the waterfront and visit the Lighthouse Museum, climb the 129 steps to the top of the lighthouse to take in the great view of the Golden Isles. Or you may wish to take a tour on the Saint Simons Trolley to experience the history and folklore of the island.
The restaurant scene is really fabulous. We have many favorites, including Crab Daddy's for shrimp and grits, Iguanas for fried shrimp and of course barbecue at Southern Soul.
