Genieten van de rust en de prachtige streek

Wat hebben wij genoten! Rust, strand, zwembaden en een ruim appartement dat gelegen is in een prachtige streek.



Met de auto zijn we naar verschillende stadjes, stranden en andere mooie plekken geweest. Dankzij het boek met tips in het appartement konden we de beste plekken vinden.



Ook voor de baby van 15 maanden was het een fantastische vakantie. Alles was aanwezig voor de kleine.



Thank you Jan for this really positive feedback, and we are pleased you all had a great time in our Penthouse.



Other guests have commented on the 'Best of Guide' we have put together, and it helps to understand all the locals areas and best places to go for relaxation, beaches, restaurants etc.

Thanks for a great holiday

From the moment we arrived with a great welcome from your on-site managemnt team who told us all about the Penthouse and area, it was really nice. All attractions, golf courses and Marbella are near to the property, and we could relax in the beautiful gardens and pools that surround the property. The jaccuzi was excellent and all the family enjoyed the ambiance in the wonderful gardens with nice temperatures even in Feb.

Wonderful views from the large terraces made the evenings special for us. Everything we wanted were available from gas BBQ, Sky, DVD etc etc and the standard of furnishings are top quality.

Definitely recommend

Super holiday. Location of apartment good, 2 mins drive to great beach or 15 min walk. Lots of places to visit ... Mijas, Puerto Banus, Ronda, Gibralter, Andys Beach ... One of the best or the best on southern coast .

Apartment, spacious, clean and well equipped. Underground parking for the car.

All in all a great holiday ! Thanks to Pat and Mike who from start to finish of the 'transaction' were very helpful, responsive, efficient and friendly . Thank you !

Great short stay!

We had a lovely time at this apartment. The owners were a pleasure to deal with at all times. The apartment was in a great location, you do need a car to fully appreciate the area. It was very clean on arrival, we were met by the lovely Natasha and shown round the apartment. The two terraces were great, larger than anticipated with fabulous views. There are very limited English channels on the sky box, we found a couple but this is due to the re-positioning of the satellite which serves the area. It didn't matter to us though.

We visited Andy's bar on the urbanisation which had very reasonable priced, tasty food and Andy's beach bar at the bottom of the hill for a few relaxed drinks listening to some excellent live music. All in all everything was fantastic and we would certainly return!

As you say the views are fantastic from the 2 x large terraces to the sea / mountains with views to Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains. We continue to update the property, and now WIFI access is free and with other improvements ongoing guests always find the Penthouse in good condition and everything required is available. You found the local bar / restaurant food tasty and good prices which is only 150 metres away. There are plenty more restaurants within 2/3 minutes from the Penthouse with a great variety of food and ambiance especially around Cabopino Marina and the beach. We will be really please to see you again soon.

Lovely, spacious penthouse!

Had a very enjoyable holiday in this spacious penthouse apartment. The lift was a real bonus!

It was great to have the balcony which provided shade & respite from the heat & also, to have the roof terrace with all day sun & super views.

The two bathrooms are a plus when holidaying as two couples & the door which separates the master bedroom & it's bathroom, from the rest of the apartment, affords real privacy.

We enjoyed visiting the restaurants in Sitio de Calahonda particularly La Farfalla - an Italian restaurant where we received a very warm welcome & superb food - the profiteroles were to die for! :o)

All in all, we had a most enjoyable holiday in very comfortable accommodation!

Best vacation

We want to thank you for a great holiday. We absolutely loved the apartment, the peaceful outdoor area and the kidsfriendly pool, and the indoor garage was a big plus.

We try out different areas and apartments in southern Spain each year, and I must say that your penthouse met almost every demand we have and is on the top of our list. What we got was

- A large apartment

- A roof terrace

- An indoor garage

- A protected area

- A large outdoor area

- A kids friendly pool

- A shop and restaurant close by

- A very peaceful area

And along with all this we found ourselves smack in the middle of every thinkable amusement. Restaurants, bars, shopping malls, beaches, animal- and aqua parks, water worlds, markets…..well u name it! All in a reasonable driving range.

Another big plus was the welcome we got from the apartment keeper! We couldn’t have gotten a more positive and smiling welcome and the “ill do what is in my power to make your holiday as pleasant as possible” attitude really boosted out holiday,

So thank you very much Anne, u made our day after a long flight.

All in all we had a wonderful holiday and we will be coming back in the future.

The Andaluz bedroom has twin beds with memory foam mattresses as well, fully fitted wardrobes and cabinets, and a hand held hairdryer. There is another full bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. A very comfortable double luxury sofa bed in the Lounge is provided for the 5th and 6th persons. Importantly, unlike some other properties, we provide a 'MEET and GREET SERVICE' for our guests to give the keys and explain all there is to know about the Penthouse and surrounding areas. Our guests have said this is important, rather than just a pick up point for the keys. A child safety gate is provided for use on the solarium.
