Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor apartment. This home is being listed as a vacation rental for the first time. This is the upstairs of the house that rental #596277 is in. Please check that listing out for reviews as we are just listing the upstairs. Also if you have a large group consider booking both the upper and lower unit. They have an identical layout, just some of the furnishing with be different. Everything new and tastefully decorated. Beautiful kitchen equipped with everything you need and open to the living room. The living room also has a queen pull out sofa to accommodate additional guests. There is a great porch on the side of the house to enjoy the outdoors. The house is within walking distance to shopping, eating, and drinking establishments. The off street parking is also a huge bonus that few houses have available.

Great Location!

This property has a great location, its close to King St but away from late night noise. The house is historic so neighborhood noise does travel and its not brand new construction but overall a quiet location and more than enough space for 4 adults. Its an easy walk to the heart of Charleston or a cheap uber/lyft ride.

Cute house, great location

We had a wonderful stay in Charleston! We were in for a wedding and this was the perfect spot for our group, as we were in and out exploring the city. Easy walk to Upper King Street and short uber ride elsewhere. We walked to Five Loaves Cafe for coffee and smoothies every day!

The home is clean, tidy and perfect for groups with 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The fresh flowers were a great touch! Owner is very responsive.

Girls trip to Charleston

Our group came for a girls weekend and had a great time! We were able to walk to king street easily, and the location was also an affordable Uber ride for those who don't want to walk.

Comfortable and cozy

This second story home was ideally located for our family vacation. It served as an excellent retreat when we wanted to take a break from touring around Charleston. The three bedrooms were comfortable and it was nice having 2 bathrooms. The house is old with beautiful hardwood floors and lots of character. The sound from the first floor did carry up a bit, but that was not a big issue for us. Great property. Glad we stayed there.

Great location, responsive hosts - exactly as advertised.

I stayed at this property with a group of friends while we were in town for a wedding. It's exactly as advertised. The location is fantastic, and the property is a standard rental property with adequate furniture and kitchen equipment. Our host was wonderful - VERY responsive to my questions and comments, but also left us alone. I also appreciated the ease of check-out - some properties leave you a 10-page list of things to do, but this place was easy - strip the beds, take out the trash, don't leave a mess. The house could possibly use an extensive deep cleaning, so if you're someone who is squeemish about dust on a baseboard or a coffee drip on a cupboard, look elsewhere. However, if you're in Charleston to enjoy the city, and sleep somewhere comfortable, quiet, and affordable, this is the place for you! I highly recommend this property!

Quaint place, great location!

This place was a GREAT location. Our car didn't leave the driveway once. Several restaurants close by, and a short walking distance to King Street. The place was quaint and the perfect size for our 7 person get away. The property manager was very nice and made himself available from the moment we arrived.
