We are right on the sand, and in the highly sought after "West End" of Panama City Beach! Park your vehicle right outside the front door of the Townhome, and take 1-Step to the front door, with no need for stairs/elevators. You'll be in a very safe, quiet, family oriented area, but yet close enough to participate in as many activities as you would like.
When you're ready for the sugary sand, just step right outside the living room and onto the patio and take one more step to squish the sand between your toes! Then, when you're ready for a dip in the Gulf, just keep walking out a few more steps and you're there in the beautiful emerald waters!
If you decide to take a drive, it's only about 6 miles to the Frank Brown Park, where ballgames, concerts, and other activities are held on a regular basis. If you feel like going to Pier Park, it's only about 7 miles to enjoy shopping, restaurants, concerts, fishing off the Pier, and a wide range of other events. If you feel like golfing, it's only a short drive from our townhome to great golf courses: the Holiday Golf Club - 9 miles, the Hombre Golf Club - 12 miles, and the Signal Hill Golf Club - 13 miles. The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is only about a 25 mile drive from our townhome.
For Bikers and Bike lovers, we're conveniently located a few miles from Pier Park, the Harley Davidson Dealership, and the Indian Dealership, for the upcoming events during Thunder Beach week. There's normally a great display of some of the beautiful bikes at Pier Park.

My husband and I have family that lived in Panama City, FL for over 80 years, and we were very fortunate to grow up frequenting the beach when visiting. We often go to Panama City Beach just to be in the salt air and walk on the beach, watch the dolphins play in the water, shop the great retail and outlet centers, eat wonderful seafood, and, to watch the deep sea fishing boats come in with their catch for the day. These are just a few of our favorite things to do!

We bought our beach home at Pirate Cove Villas Townhome, as we knew it would be perfect for us! It is on the quiet and highly sought "west" end of the beach. The location is safe, family oriented, and has quick and easy access to as much or as little activity as you would like. It is so nice to drive up to the front door, take one step into the Townhome from the parking lot and take one step from the beachside patio onto the sand. The sound of the waves is extremely relaxing and the view is breathtaking! Nearby, there are restaurants, grocery stores, a bank, and other shopping. Just down the road are the Sunnyside Grill, Thomas Donuts, and a place to rent kayaks or bicycles. It is also only a 10-15 minute drive to Pier Park, three very nice golf courses, 30 minute drive to Destin, and 15-20 minute drive to the International Airport.
We love our Beach Home because it is our Home away from Home! It is a sweet distraction, and a wonderful way to unwind and rejuvenate, from the normal day-to-day activities of living!
Where to start? You drive right up the Front Door of the Townhouse and park your car. No parking decks!!! So easy to unload groceries, suitcases and beach gear. It is on the quite side of the West End of PCB but convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and Pier Park. No traffic jams due to Spring Break. If you are an older guest you will enjoy the short walk to being Beach Front. If you have younger children, you could easily put them down for a nap but you could still stay outside and be steps away from them and the Gulf. Bring your baby monitor for extra peace of mind. When you wake up in the morning the Master Bedroom has a private balcony so you can have a cup of coffee, reflect on the beauty of the ocean and then go for a good walk. People with disabilities, like those who have a walker are able to actually get to sit next to the water because the walk is so short and yet when they tire they can go back to the townhouse for a rest. Would be great place for Grandparents that do not want to make the long trek down the condo elevator, walk across the pool deck and then have to walk to the beach.
Life is full of choices, choose this townhouse because I would do it again.
we were staying mainly b/c we were attending a wedding at Carillon Beach Resort...so we did not spend that much time at the townhome....but it was clean and neat and the beach was right there and absolutely beautiful.
Was surprised there was no bar soap but we went out and got some for the showers. Also we were a little surprised to be asked to wash all the sheets and towels and dry them (is this not included in the fees?) But Gloria the owner was very, very helpful and accomodating (said it was not a problem re. the laundry which I had started until we realized there was no detergent)...but all in all a nice stay and great location if you have other families staying at the resort.
Everything was very nice. Kitchen stocked with necessary tools, most everything in great working order and the owner very enjoyable to work with! Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!
Another year another great trip. Very nice upgrades from last year and can't wait to see what you're going to do with it in future eventhough it's already perfect for a relaxing getaway. Gloria is very easy to work with and she is very accommodating. I'm so glad we found her but we're sad that this secret won't last forever!
We loved our stay here! It was clean and lovely. Gloria was easy to get in touch with and prompt with returning our deposit. It's on the quiet, far west end of the beach. And we loved stepping off the back porch and onto the beach! And my kids loved all the beach accessories at their disposal! We would definitely stay here again.
Great vacation with my high school and forever friends! We had a great time- very relaxing, beautiful sand and clear water. This location is perfect!!!!! Owner is very accommodating, and basically everything that you would need is already there. Nothing fancy, but nice, clean, and total convenience! We will definitely stay here again.
Bicycle rentals can be ordered and delivered to your door. Kayak and Paddleboard rentals are less than a mile from the townhome.

* Effective February 2016 & forward, VRBO began charging "Service Fees" ranging from 4-9%, that are paid directly to VRBO at the time of "Online Booking". Normally, the service fee is, on average, approximately 6%. This is a lower percentage than many other vacation rental sites that charge a similar fee. The exact amount of the fee is calculated on a sliding scale based on the total amount, excluding taxes and the refundable damage deposit.
*** We prefer E-Checks or Personal Checks. However, we accept most Credit Cards. To make payment with a Personal Check, please call the Owner and leave a brief message. The Owner will return your call with instructions.
1) $250 Deposit is due immediately to confirm reservation dates, and rates are subject to change until confirmed. Confirmation Deposit is fully refundable, when cancelled 30 days or more before scheduled check-in date.
2) Second Payment/Full Balance is due 30 days before check-in date. VRBO will automatically send a reminder notice approximately 37-45 days before balance is due.
3) Upon Check-in, the Confirmation Deposit converts to the Damage Deposit, and is fully refundable, approximately two weeks after cleaning and inspection, for normal wear and policy/regulations/agreement adherence.
4) Check-In is 4:00 PM; Check-Out is 10:00 AM
