CLEAN AND SPACIOUS BEACH VACATION FAMILY RENTAL

1. Blankets provided for each bed. Coverlets and decorative pillows are on each bed, as well. GUESTS NEED TO BRING OWN FITTED SHEETS, REGULAR SHEETS, AND PILLOWS WITH CASES. Significantly soiled bedding should be laundered by tenant prior to departure in provided full size washer/dryer. Failure to do so may result in excess cleaning fee deducted from security deposit. 2. 4 beach badges provided. If lost, replacement cost of $40/badge will be charged to security deposit. 3. Garbage pickup occurs twice weekly. Four 32 gallon garbage cans are provided for the unit in front of the house. Two are for regular garbage and two marked for recycling. Schedule for pickup is on calendar hanging on pegboard in kitchen. All garbage must be placed in plastic garbage bags and then in the cans provided in front of house. Single stream recycling of paper/glass/plastic is the local law. Failure to properly dispose of garbage at end of stay may result in excess cleaning fee deducted from security deposit. 4. An \"Instructional Manual\" is provided with details concerning operation of various appliances/gas grill, WiFi access codes, garbage pickup schedule, local restaurant menus, entertainment/activity brochures, and map to local supermarket. 5.
