One of five apartments in a turn-of-the-century home, Indiana Inn captivates with it's charm and location.

Indiana Inn #3 is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor. Crisp new decor greets you in every room. From the sparkling kitchen and bath to the refreshed bedroom, every detail has been taken care of so you can exhale and enjoy your stay.

Built in dressers, original cast iron tubs, 6" moulding all add to the appeal of staying in the cozy apartments.

All apartments are individual but share a common laundry area.

A picturesque picket fence and front porch greet you as you enter the common front door. Upon entrance, each apartment meets you with it's individual door.

We enjoy codes on the front door and each individual apartment so you can check in when it's convenient for you and come and go without the hassle of remembering the keys.

The neighborhood is part of the charm of Indiana Inn. Located in what is called the "Core" of Coeur d Alene, you can park your car on the uncrowded streets (though crowded on Ironman weekends) and walk to everywhere. 3 blocks will bring you to the popular Sherman Avenue where food, beverages and shopping await.

Turning North you can explore the developing shopping area of 4th Ave, including some great antique shops.

Of course the Lake, Tubbs Hill, McEuen Park, North Idaho College, the Centennial Trail and the Coeur d Alene Resort are mere blocks away.
