What A View! This Is What Makes A Beach Vacation Memorable! Sleeps 8

Outstanding direct views and quick DIRECT access to the sugar white sands of Seacrest Beach and the emerald waters of the ocean! Our condo at the Mistral complex does not disappoint! Set high on a dune, our 2 BR / 2 Ba condo with hallway bunkbeds commands an incredible view. The ocean waves are literally right outside the door, the sound of the waves can be heard all the way through the condo to the bedroom by the front door.

Our condo is extremely well located between the best features of 30A. Well maintained Mistral beach front complex has a private double boardwalk that leads directly to the beach. We have carefully and professionally renovated our condo with new paint, new flooring, new spa like bathroom, new furniture, new mattresses, new bedding, new decor, new appliances--all waiting for YOU!

The view from the balcony deck is spectacular. You will love drinking your favorite beverage with the sounds and colors of the ocean and sky. The patio table seats four with sturdy chairs and there is also two wide and comfortable cushioned wicker chairs with a side table. Our condo sleeps 8 with bunk beds in the hallway, a king size sleeper sofa, a king size bed and a queen size bed in separately located bedrooms. It is beautifully decorated as you can see in the pictures.

The kitchen has granite countertops, a double basin stainless steel sink, stainless steel appliances, an electric stove and oven, with a microwave overhead. It also has a dishwasher, a refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker and blender and large appliance grill. The cabinets are maple, and the counter has seating for three. The dining area has a round table that seats four and is perfect for playing cards or doing a puzzle. (Puzzles included!)

The living room overlooks the spectacular view of the Gulf. A king size sleeper sofa and overstuffed chairs invite you to put your feet up and relax. We have a 45-inch flat screen with DVD player and wifi. The outside balcony table seats four and offers stunning views of the Gulf.

The first bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, an upright dresser, a chair, a large mirrored closet, and a 22-inch TV with a DVD/VHF player. The bathroom is just outside the door and has a tub/shower combo, and a marble countertop with a single vanity. A new large capacity stacked washer/dryer is off to the side.

The second floor is the master suite in the private loft area accessed by a spiral staircase. It has a king bed with two night stands and two lamps, a ceiling fan, a 24-inch TV with a DVD player, a large dresser, a bench and a comfy uphlostered chair with a side table and lamp to enjoy reading or watching television. The walk in closet has plenty of room with multiple shelves and hanging rods and it contains extra blankets and an ironing board and iron. The spa like bathroom has been renovated in December 2016 and has new wood like tile flooring, an extra large walk in shower with a wide bench and a niche that extends across the entire shower wall to put your shampoo products on. The updated vanity features a marble top and the mirror opens for storage of your cosmetics and tooth brush. We have tried to make it as comfortable as your own home!

Be sure to enjoy grilling outside, there is a charcoal grill for the complex and biking along the Timpoochee Trail, a paved pedestrian and bike path running the length of Scenic Highway 30A right outside the complex. There is a donut shop in Alys Beach that is walking and biking distance away! The entire 30A is known for its lengthy biking path, enjoy!

We have ALWAYS loved the Rosemary Beach/Alys Beach area. It has such a mystique about it, there is nothing in the world like the beaches of 30A and this paticular location by Rosemary and Alys and Seaside is absolutely the BEST! Direct Ocean Front and easy bike access to anywhere makes this location the best on 30A.

What makes this condo unique

AND...minutes away from Alys Beach (where the donut truck is...) and the beautiful communities of Rosemary Beach and Seaside Beach. :)

We had a very good time at your condo. We did not reply earlier because we decided not to access our e-mail or other social media sites while we were on vacation - just to have a total getaway from our normal everyday life.

Your condo was very pleasant with a fabulous view. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony each morning watching the waves come in. The weather was fabulous during our entire stay. The location of your condo is excellent, away from the hustle and bustle of some of the adjacent communities like Seaside. The beach was beautiful - never overly busy.

Summer Vacation

My family stayed here and instantly fell in love with the place. The view and location was perfect. It was so great for us because we have two young kids and hauling of their stuff to the beach was no problem because of the easy excess. Julie was amazing, she answered all of my questions timely and was extremely accommodating. We would definitely come back again.

Great Location

Great location right on one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. We were there during a less busy season, so the beach was never very crowded - something we really liked. We got our daily work out climbing the long stairway from the beach to the condo, and then to the third floor of the condo. The weather was incredibly good during our entire two week stay. The condo was very pleasant, with a balcony overlooking the beach. We enjoyed having breakfast there every morning, and sometimes dinner too. The furnishings in the living room were actually nicer than the illustration on the web site. One caveat - the long, winding stairs leading to the master bedroom are very narrow. An overweight person might have difficulty climbing up.

We just got back from our family vacation at Mistral.. needless to say, we had a great time. The unit was exactly as described. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The condo location and views were awesome.. it was directly on the beach, with awesome views and a very short walk to the beach from the condo (literally walk out of condo, go down the stairs, and then take the private boardwalk directly to the beach).

The condo has been recently renovated and was fully stocked with everything you could need (blankets, sheets, pillows, kitchen supplies, beach supplies, etc). On our previous beach vacations, we didn't spend as much time on the beach as we did on this trip--that is because this location is directly on the beach with private beach access, which made it extremely easy to haul stuff to and from the beach. If you like a quiet beach with no need to fight for a spot, then this is the location to be--it was usually just our family and one or two other families on the beach at a time--we even had the beach to ourselves some of the time!

We also spent lots of time on the lovely balcony enjoying the views and sounds of the ocean. You can even see and hear the beach from inside the condo! The condo location was another plus.. basically in between Seaside and Rosemary, which provided us plenty of stores & restaurants to choose from without having to travel far.

Julie (property owner) was extremely easy to work with and made sure to answer any questions we had. You can tell Julie takes pride in making sure her property is top notch, while also making sure the guests have a wonderful time.

If you are looking for a clean, quiet, spacious, well furnished location DIRECTLY on the beach, then look no further...

Beautiful view!

We had an amazing week at this condo! The condo itself was clean and updated. The master bath shower was huge and it was nice to be in the loft - a separate space away from the kids. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the master bed was soft and I did not get a good nights sleep in it. I chose this destination because I was hoping we would be far enough away from the big towns that the beaches would be less crowded and town might be slower. It did not disappoint! As busy as spring break is, we never had to worry about fighting for a place on the beach. We loved renting bikes and biking into Rosemary Beach and Aly's Beach for exercise during the day and dinner each evening. This is a great area for families - and this particular condo would be quiet enough for a couples get away. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay! Julie, the owner was very warm and welcoming and answered our questions promptly. Plenty of seating, dishes, towels, and linens. Only minor feedback would be to upgrade or sharpen kitchen knifes and add a pizza cutter to the kitchen supplies. Thanks for a great vacation.
