Lovely 1 bed, 1bath condo on the ground level with a fabulous view of the pool.
The One bedroom one bathroom unit is in a small building with only 30 condos. This unit is recently renovated and features an inviting beach vibe. There is a screed in lanai with cozy furniture and a bar for all your outdoor seating pleasures. It is directly in front of an amazing view of the pool. Watch boats and paddleboarders go by as you sip coffee and fish on the dock.
The bedroom features a cozy queen size bed with cable tv . This unit is perfect for one couple looking for that perfect romantic getaway. Kayak right off the dock to explore the many mangrove tunnels or just a short paddle to the beach. Hop on a bike and check out the beach or ride down to Captain Curts for a bowl of famous Chowda. This vacation is in a very relaxing environment and is in a very convenient location.

We stayed at this property located on the southern end of Siesta Key. It is a spectacular location!
This property is as it is advertised. It is the perfect place for two people to spend some in the Sarasota sunshine. The condo is newly decorated and has all the amenities that one could want: New appliances, 2 LCD TVs, beautiful Lanai & a great pool! It is only 3 blocks from Siesta Key's best kept secret Turtle Beach & a short 10 minute drive to the most gorgeous beach in the US, Siesta Key's main Beach! Great restaurants are just a short walk away (so no worries about drinking/driving). The owners of this condo are wonderful people to deal with and very flexible to one's individual needs. My wife & I have stayed at this location 2 years in a row and we can't say enough positive things about the owners, the unit itself and the location. It is PERFECT for two people. If you're looking for an ideal property at an ideal location on Florida's sunny Gulf Coast, then this is the place for you! We've had great experiences renting through VRBO/Home Away over the years, but this one is our favorite. It is as advertised and we highly recommend it to any couple looking to stay a while on beautiful Siesta Key.
