Beautiful cabin getaway
We absolutely loved our stay in this cabin! It's small and quaint..tucked up against a flowing creek. The interior is tastefully decorated with modern touches to compliment the woodsy charm. The use of space is amazing! Check in and check out was straight forward and easy. The owners have clearly put time and effort in to this mountain haven and the attention to detail is evident. We stayed here as part of our journey to celebrate 12 years married and our vow renewal. We were surprised by a dozen red roses left in the master bedroom. What a sweet, thoughful touch! We hope to return to this retreat again!
Great cabin to get away
Really nice cabin that has all of the necessities you need. It is cozy, clean, and in a nice neighborhood with similar cabins throughout. The river is such a nice bonus too! Bert and Laura have done a nice job renovating it while still keeping that classic cabin feel.
The cabin could have been featured in Mountain Living Magazine
We had a wonderful weekend in this beautifully decorated cabin! There were amazing hikes just steps from the front door. A beautiful creek runs right next to the cabin that you can hear while sleeping or while soaking with a glass of wine in the claw foot tub. Our dogs loved sleeping in front of the fireplace and there was the biggest elk I've ever seen that would come to visit every evening. We will definitely be returning to this gem!!!
So cute! Clean, loads of homey touches, and the sound of the stream outside is heavenly!
Laura and Bert are wonderful...highly recommend this gem!
Relaxing cabin by the river
Loved this cabin SO MUCH! It's right next to the river and you can hear it while sleeping or just hanging out. It's super cozy and clean and has everything you need. Bert and Laura made sure we had everything we needed when we checked in.
It's close to a hiking trail on Crosier Mountain. Thanks to Bert for telling us how to find it. The trail gets you to a nice big meadow that is gorgeous and nice to walk around.
It's also super close to Estes Park (10min) if you want to go shopping or site seeing.
I would stay up there again without a thought.
Thanks Bert/Laura for making a memorable special place to stay.
My husband and I enjoyed this cabin with our two furry friends this weekend and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect home to spend or evenings relaxing after busy days hiking and exploring Estes Park. I would highly recommend this cabin. It's decorated so beautifully and there is nothing you will do with out! Thank you for sharing your home with us.
We only regret that we did not get to meet your 'furry friends'! We are looking forward to the next time you stay at the Little Spruce Cabin-fyi, our perimeter fence that will contain pets will be completed this week, as will the extension of our deck, making the current deck about 3x's as big!
All our best,
Laura and Bert
