5275 Tivoli Way at Tivoli by the Sea is a beautiful second floor unit which truly captures the essence of luxury at the beach! Meticulously designed and decorated with upscale comfort in mind, this villa is a cut above the rest. With the finest finishings and details, this is perhaps the most beautiful four bedroom offering in Tivoli. The owners just added a six seat golf cart for your use!

Privately located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the beach side of Sandestin® Resort, this vacation spot is within a 10-12 minute walk, and just a few steps from the sparkling blue swimming pool at Tivoli by the Sea. The complimentary tram will pick you up at the Tivoli stop and take you directly to the beach boardwalk or the Baytowne Wharf entrance. Our villa is convenient to all that the Resort has to offer!

Soaring ceilings and dappled sunlight lend relaxing ambience to the main living areas. The remarkably stylish and spacious family room is designed in muted natural colors with touches of sea blue. (*NOTE- no sleeper sofa.) There is plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat panel television for family entertainment. The open concept design offers convenient access to the kitchen and dining areas. With granite countertops and stainless appliances, our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, dinnerware and gadgets you will need to enjoy preparing meals for the family. The dining area seats eight guests, and there is additional seating for three at the countertop bar. Outdoor balcony seating is convenient for everyone to gather and enjoy an impressive golf course view. There is no elevator for this unit.

The master bedroom suite offers a comfy king bed with luxurious linens, generous closet space, a flat panel television, and access to the screened balcony. The en suite master bathroom features custom travertine tile work, a deep soaking tub, a separate shower, a water closet, and double vanities.

A second guest bedroom suite offers a queen size bed, a flat panel television and a full bathroom finished in travertine with a large shower. A third guest bedroom suite features a queen size bed, a flat panel television, and a full bathroom finished in travertine with a bathtub/shower combination. There is a spiral staircase leading from the entrance area to an upstairs loft (fourth guest bedroom) which provides a kids sleeping area with two twin beds, a full bed, and a flat panel television. The downstairs laundry room provides a full size washer and dryer.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Large area but floor plan not great with location of bedroom/bathrooms for our group - condo really needs a deep clean - balcony view ok of golf course but was not cleaned and very filthy - condo had an ant problem - way too many steps (approximately 31 to reach condo with no elevator) - will not stay there again

Lovely stay-time for a deep clean

Overall the stay was very nice. We had plenty of space for our large group. Decor was tasteful and the furniture was comfortable. We had access to restaurants and shops. Location to the beach was reachable by walking but made easy to get with use of the golf cart. The pool was clean and also accessible. We did have to speak with management a few times regarding the golf cart as it wouldn’t hold a charge. Every time we were treated with respect and courtesy. Management worked quickly to resolve the issues. One gentleman in particular went above and beyond to keep on top of the situation. This was very important to us as one of our members is disabled and relied on the cart to get around the property. While we enjoyed the stay the condo really needs a deep clean. I’m sure it stays booked and cleaning is done in a hurry to accommodate the next wave of visitors. There was lots of moldy areas in the bathroom around toilet rims and the tub jets etc. The kitchen had food splatters on sides of the island and lower cabinetry. Water tanks in the coffee maker were moldy. The list goes on. I’m sure some renters trash the place. That or the cleaning crew needs more oversight. I didn’t realize there would be so many steps to get into the condo. This was very difficult for our disabled member. This information should be clearly listed as it is certainly dangerous for individuals who are not able bodied. My stay would be a 4 out of 5. Staff was helpful, location great, beautiful condo.

Loved our stay

Family vacation with 10 members, we really enjoyed everything about our stay. House was just as pictured we had space for everyone. Only issue we had was our 6 seat golf cart was broken, but was replaced with a 4 seat golf cart which was fine. Close to everything.

Great Villa with excellent location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. Bedrooms were a nice size. Kitchen had a lot of pots and pans for cooking. Location was perfect. Golf cart made getting to the beach super convenient. The golf course view was amazing, and the upstairs loft was perfect for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Multi Family vacation

This condo is exactly as advertised. Lots of room for 7 and a toddler. Great view of golf course. The property is very well laid out. The golf cart is extemely useful, you have easy access to both the beach and Baytowne village with it, as well as a small shopping center on 98 with several restaurants and shops. Parking at all 3 is simple. There are a fair amount of steps up to the condo, something to consider if you have trouble with those. Parking in front of the condo is not always possible, but additional parking isn't far away. Never had to use the Tram but saw it regularly. We didn't have any issues with the condo the entire week so never had to contact management. We all loved it and highly recommend.
