3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Townhome With Gulf And Lake Views

'Beached Inn' is a townhome in the heart of Seacrest Beach right next to a beautiful private beach and Camp Creek Lake. There is no public access to our beach--so it is private and uncrowded. The beach and a rare coastal lake are just steps away down a wooden boardwalk. Our townhome is part of a small secluded complex called 7 Palms. It is located in a private area south of Highway 30-A between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove Beach but is only minutes away from shopping, golf, and great restaurants. 'Beached Inn' was recently renovated (June 2015) and is outfitted with everything you will need. The breakfast bar seats four (4) and the antique dining room table comfortably seats six (6). You can watch the flat screen TV in the living room, cozy up to the wood burning fireplace on a cool fall evening or enjoy the amazing views on one of our two decks. Each bedroom offers a queen size bed and a flat screen television. The living room also has a sleeper sofa that sleeps two (2). We provide everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach to include two (2) kayaks, two (2) stand up paddle boards, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and several bicycles (we cannot guarantee the availability of all items due to maintenance issues. We do our best to keep all items operational at all times). 7 Palms also has several outdoor grills and benches right outside that you can use. Our town home has covered parking for two (2) cars, a fully appointed kitchen with everything you will need, a cozy living room with a walkout to a private deck, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. 7 Palms is a small complex right next to Deer Park and over three miles of empty and undeveloped beach. Relax on one of our elevated decks that overlook the Gulf of Mexico, Camp Creek Lake and beautiful coastal dunes. Get a drink, sit on our deck and enjoy a beautiful sunset and the sound of the surf. Great location with quiet beach

This property is spacious, with plenty of room for a growing family, and a very quiet private beach. In early May, it seemed like we had the beach to ourselves. Don't worry about renting beach umbrellas or chairs, or even bring beach toys for the kids. They have that all covered! The kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles offer many opportunities for adventure. We enjoyed the spacious, somewhat hidden parking area because it really adds to the privacy. If you don't like the crowds, and want a peaceful getaway, this is where to go!

Steps From the BEACH!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Beached Inn...a well decorated & thoughtfully furnished town home with wonderful amenities. We had bikes, paddle boards & kayaks provided by the owner. Missy was prompt & professional with all of her communication. It is one of our favorite locations along 30A because of the privacy and proximity to the beach. We have already booked a return trip...hopefully the first of many :)

Amazing place right by the beach!

I had my honeymoon here💗.The house is very clean and everything works. Also, the beach decoration is really cute and the neighborhood is quiet. There is a huge TV in the living room that you can also see from the kitchen, etc. Also, there are places to eat that are walking distance or bike riding distance if you want to do that. I recommend brunos pizza! The best part is that it is a two minute walk to get to the beach from the house. When I was there in March it wasn’t crowded at all. 😊 I highly recommend this place and will be visiting again.

Ps- The owners are super nice and will help you if you need something.

I understand that you were frustrated with the construction (which we obviously don't control), but I have to respond that as soon as you sent your email regarding the construction, I immediately both called and email'd you to offer you a solution to your complaint. I offered you our other beautiful 30 A beach cottage (#571816) just 4 miles away at no charge if you wanted to move--additionally, I offered you the use of both properties at no additional charge that way you could use the stand up paddle boards, kayaks, lakefront of Beached Inn with the option of NO construction at the lily pad in beautiful seagrove beach for working. Regarding your comment on the bed comfort, this is the first time I've heard any complaint on beds from you or any other guest. We have owned and managed this property since July 2016 and bought the high-quality mattresses at that time. In fact we use them ourselves personally and find them to be very comfortable. Beached Inn has earned a five star rating from our guests from the 2 1/2 years we have owned and managed this property. We have guests that return for repeat visits and many recommend our property to their friends and family. While I am very disappointed in the review you gave us, I do not believe it is reflective of the property and it's location and amenities. I hope other families will decide to stay with us and enjoy the comfortable and fully equipped 3-bedroom, three bath townhouse that literally has everything you need for a beach vacation--bikes, beach chairs, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, beach cart, outdoor grills, etc. We are located just a minute walk to the beautiful private beach on the Gulf of Mexico and a couple minute walk to one of the rare coastal dune lakes-- Camp Creek Lake. Family Townhouse just steps from the beach

This is an amazing townhouse. Large, clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect for our family Thanksgiving get-a-away. The home had everything we needed including a full kitchen and everything you could want for your trip down to the beach. Plenty of space for family meals and to spread out and do your own thing. Each bedroom had a bathroom. Nice wood floor on the main level. Inside the home was a binder of all the important information like Wi-Fi passwords and combination numbers for the bikes (our family stayed in another townhouse within this community and did not have this binder). I would highly recommend staying here and I look forward to staying again. This is not ocean front but the walk to the beach was a short relaxing walk on a wood pathway. The owner of this property was helpful and kind. I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this property, you need to check it out for yourself you will be glad you did.

The house had everything one needs for an awesome beach vacation. Beautiful beach. Enjoyed.

Great place to stay and enjoy the beach and the 30-A area. The construction noise was annoying at 7:30 AM and did not understand why the trash truck came by at 6:05 AM on Saturday. But these things are not within the control of the owner. We did not use the paddle boards and kayaks but it is awesome that the owner provides these and bicycles for her guests.

Overall a comfortable and wonderful place to experience the beach without being immersed in the gaudy atmosphere of the typical public beach environments.
