I am currently ONLY ACCEPTING RENTALS OVER 30 DAYS. Las Vegas has NEW very strict rules on Short Term Rentals and as such, this house is ONLY AVAILABLE FOR RENTALS OVER 30 DAYS.

This is my personal house that I have extensively updated inside and out over the last couple of years that I've lived here.

About a year ago, I moved to a new home and “The Manor” is now available for monthly and annual rentals.

Due to the finishings and features at this home, as well as the newly adopted Las Vegas City Bylaws regarding Short Term Rentals, daily or weekly rentals are NOT AVAILABLE. Please do NOT ask for short term rentals, as the answer will be no.

IF YOU HAVE ANY DIFFICULTY IN MAKING A RESERVATION, PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL! The system will block reservations less than 31 days, and I cannot make make exceptions.

Please take a moment to read the reviews from real renters and you will get an idea of the kind of home I own, host and rent. I care very deeply about the satisfaction of every one of my guests and I will do my very best to make sure your stay is memorable for all the right reasons!

The Manor is a large multilevel, open floor plan home with huge vaulted ceilings and loads of windows making the home bright, inviting and welcoming. New paint and genuine hardwood floors throughout.

The Manor is fully equipped with very high end furnishings, appliances and electronics.

The Manor features a massive great room with a spectacular one of a kind 12 person sectional seating area, gas fireplace, giant 65” Flat Screen LED TV, DVD player, stereo system with iPod plug, subwoofer and double reclining theatre seats on an elevated stadium style level with sliding glass doors to the backyard. The sound system also feeds speakers outside on the covered patio!

The spectacular raised kitchen area features brand new appliances including a WOLF gas range, BOSCH dishwasher, LG fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, double ovens, walk-in pantry, loads of dark wood cupboards with a comfortable eating area adjacent to the kitchen and all overlooking the great room, with two sets of French doors that open directly out to the covered patio.

There is a stunning formal living room with high end furnishings and a few steps up to a second tier hosting the large formal dining room with its beautiful heirloom dining table which comfortably seats at least 8 guests!

The spacious and beautiful backyard includes a one of a kind extra deep salt water pool (deep pools are very rare in Vegas), a genuine rock grotto cave with rushing water falls, professional water irrigated tube waterslide, and an adjacent hot tub/jacuzzi.

The outdoor entertaining area features a beautiful 10 person sectional seating area, outdoor covered patio with table and chairs, cooled with double fans and exterior speakers, finished off with a built in gas bbq, beverage fridge and extensive exterior landscape lighting front and rear. Large mature palms provide shade, privacy and beauty. Easy maintenance grass in the front and back yards means no mowing required! Automated irrigation throughout.

The Manor features a generously sized master bedroom, opulently furnished with a king sized bed, 50” TV and extensive clothes closets and storage, plus a huge walk in closet off the large bright 5 piece bathroom with rain shower and 2 person soaker tub.

The THREE additional guest rooms are uniquely decorated in their own style, affording a special design touch to the accommodations.

An unusual feature in Las Vegas, this home features a large fully finished basement, currently designed as a home theatre but unused at this time. It could also be used as a children’s playroom, private office, fitness or yoga room or turn it back into a home theatre or overflow sleeping room.

The Manor includes full laundry facilities including iron and ironing board, front loading washer/dryer, 3 car garage, weekly pool service included.

All utilities are included including full HD DirecTV with ALL sports and movie channels available, high speed wireless internet, two zone Air Conditioning, gas fireplace in the family room, and home automation that includes door access, garage door monitoring, climate control, pool systems control, cameras and other features.

PLEASE NOTE: There are FOUR SECURITY CAMERAS LOCATED ON AND IN THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF THE PREMISES. The interior cameras face all entry doors and record all entry and egress of each door opening in the house including specifically Front Door, Patio/Pool doors and Garage Doors. There are only these FOUR interior security cameras.

The interior security cameras can be easily disabled by unplugging them from power by the guest or at the request of the guest at anytime.

All basic kitchen amenities, small appliances, basic kitchen stocks such as coffee, tea, sugar, spices, all utensils, cookware, towels, linens and basic supplies are included.

There is a first aid kit and electronic safe for the personal use of guests.

There are also some board games and a few toys including some pool toys that have been left by prior guests for the future enjoyment of other guests.

Bi-Weekly housekeeping service is INCLUDED!! (Personal laundry and kitchen dishes are not included in housekeeping).

This home is truly one of a kind in Vegas. Before converting it to a long term vacation rental, I had it listed for sale for over a half million dollars, and it is by far the most opulent and highly upgraded home in the neighbourhood in a very quiet, respectful cul de sac with friendly neighbours.

Close to grocery stores, various malls, local pubs, CVS, banks, fast food and a short drive to a very large shopping mall complex including Walmart, Home Depot, movie theatres and countless restaurants.

About a 5 minute drive to either the I95 or I215 and just 20 minutes from the strip!

A short drive to Red Rock Canyon as well as other closer hiking mountains and trails.

This is NOT a party house.

NO smoking and absolutely NO drugs.

No pets.

Damage deposit or Damage Insurance and current photo ID are required to book.

I try to be VERY FLEXIBLE with CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES!! But if there are prior or subsequent guests, the check in time is 3pm/15:00hrs and check out time is 10am/10:00hrs.

You will be given an exclusive door code that will be provided to you directly and I will meet you at the house at anytime of the day or night to review the many features, discuss the neighbourhood and provide any assistance while you stay here in Las Vegas!

Electrical, gas, DirecTV, high speed internet, gardening and pool service are all included.

POOL/SPA heating cost is $58 per each day of your rental (no partial days/partial term) (Pool heating is generally not required during summer months, but SPA heating is the same cost in the summer).

Pool/Spa heating payments are NON REFUNDABLE, regardless of circumstances.

I usually recommend commencing the heating 2 days prior to guest arrival so that the pool is at temperature for your arrival.

Bi-weekly Housekeeping Service is INCLUDED!!

I am a serial entrepreneur, venture capitalist (kind of like the TV show Shark Tank, but I am much nicer) and recently sold one my latest large businesses and have decided to take more time for myself and concentrate on Quality Of Life.

I am an English born Canadian who lives, well I spend most of my time, in three cities: Las Vegas, Toronto and Amsterdam.

I love traveling and as a single male, I am so fortunate to see the world either along with my dear friends, visiting my friends or making new friends and acquaintances.

I am blessed to have seen many places on this place we call Earth, yet there are so many places to still discover and experience.

Recent trips in the last couple of years have included summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro for the last lunar eclipse in Tanzania, London, Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne, Amsterdam, Cairo, Victoria Falls, Johannesburg, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Zighy Bay Oman, LA, Chicago, NYC, Houston, Ft. Lauderdale, Beijing, Hong Kong, Pyongyang (yes North Korea!), San Francisco, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Toronto, Las Vegas and I am sure others that I have missed on this list!

I love being a tour guide and I like being guided too.

I get great pleasure in knowing the unusual about a place I'm visiting and in sharing the same about a place I am being the tour guide for. It's these unusual facts that can often make a visit extra special and memorable for all the right reasons.

Not that it matters, but I'm also a total straightedge - that means I've never been drunk, never drink alcohol, I've never even tried any kind of illicit drug, no not even pot! I'm not a prude, it's just a personal choice.

That being said, my rental is STRICTLY A DRUG FREE HOUSE.

No Smoking ANYTHING.

Why JAMES BRETT chose Las Vegas

The Manor immediately appealed to me because of the absolutely HUGE family and entertainment room, with the gas fireplace, tall vaulted ceilings as well as the spectacular glistening salt water pool with its water slide, water falls and grotto! I really enjoyed personally renovating and upgrading the many features of this home to make it comfortable, welcoming and liveable.

What makes this house unique

The Manor still includes almost all of the amenities I installed when I was living there full-time. A massive TV, sound system, 12 person wrap-around couch, reclining theatre chairs on a raised stage, chef's kitchen and high end furnishings throughout. Two huge Air Conditioning and heating units, one for each level of the house keep the very comfortable no matter the season. There are flat screen TV's in 3 of the 4 bedrooms (what was the kid's bedroom does not have a TV).

I can provide chauffeured services in my beautiful Black Bentley Arnage or new Black GMC Yukon XL Denali. Rates are $200/hour with a 2 hour minimum. There is nothing like pulling up to a casino or restaurant in the most Beautiful Black Bentley or Blacked Out Denali in Las Vegas!

Made Me Want To Move In!!

I rented James's home for almost 3 weeks, to show my 4 children (8,10,15, 21) where mom grew up. I wanted some place away from the strip in a nice well established area..with a pool for the summer heat of course. This was perfect! It was close to everything, and not much trouble to get down to the strip for a couple shows. However, you absolutely need a car if you plan to do much site seeing unless you to plan to use uber a great deal. The views of the mountains from the back yard were amazing, as well as the peaceful nights listening to the wind move the palm trees by the pool.

The home was spotless, and was equipped with many safety features. The previous reviews mentioned the home was well stocked and they were not kidding! Seriously do not grocery shop until you arrive and check the inventory. And note that there are several groceries services in Las Vegas, which we had great experience with. The neighborhood was silent the entire trip! We had local friends over to cook out, and even they were impressed with the home! We could not get the hot tub to heat a couple of evenings, but once I called James he immediately responded and we discovered the pool cleaner moved a setting which he told us how to fix our selves (2 min). The homes is tastefully decorated, and has external touches that make the house stand out from the others (and if you are from Vegas you know what I mean).

My daughter lost her Nintendo DS, which I accepted would be gone since we left it behind and could not find it. But by the time I got to the airport James texted me with a pic of it, as his cleaning people found it in the cushions of the couch! What a honest and efficient cleaning staff he has! I offered to pay for the shipping, but he just immediately shipped to me and didn't ask for a thing. He made a little girl very happy!

I would most certainly rent this home again if I came back (without moving) LOL! And most certainly recommend to anyone whom was able to get up and down stairs.

Thank you James..especially with the way our trip started out, this house was the very best thing we could have asked for with the exception of being in our own.

Everything you could possibly want or need in a vacation house!!!

We had a wonderful time at James location - plenty of space and everything we needed was there! He was very helpful and responsive and I would 100% book again. A car is necessary for travel, however an Uber or lyft to the strip ran about $20usd. Thanks for a great time James!

Perfect place for family holiday.

Let me start out by saying that James is an excellent owner. He patiently answered all of my questions- immediately. He made arrangements for some special requests that I had and he made sure we had everything we could possibly need. I have rented well over 15 homes through VRBO over the past 5 years and he was by far the best, most responsive and welcoming owner I have ever dealt with. The house itself was the perfect gathering spot for my large extended family. We paid to heat the pool which was well worth it as we used it frequently. The beds in each bedroom were supremely comfortable as was all of the furniture throughout the house. The location of the house is excellent- minutes away from every modern convenience-Walmart, CVS, Albertsons, Walgreens, etc. We would love to come back again soon.

Amazing manor

I just wanted to say how impressed we were with the House. The Manor was impeccable. The decor in the rooms and the everything was very nice. The pool was great - unfortunately it was not hot enough to enjoy it but we did sit out there for the view. The owner was super nice - and was very responsive to whatever we needed. He sure made our stay much more pleasurable. I definitely recommend this property and I'm looking forward to going again in the future.
