Newly updated with modern coastal décor, Harbor Lane House is located on a quiet street in the boating and marina neighborhood of Brookside. Just 1.5 miles to Downtown Naples, the heart if the city is within a short walk or bike ride away. Lighted sidewalks makes for easy strolls/rides to shop or have lunch or dinner. There are days which we don't use the car at all!
This pet-friendly vacation rental features 3 bedrooms 2 baths. As New Owners, we have updated the decor, new linens, towels, dishware, washer and dryer and freshly painted.
The private rear yard has a large salt water spa surrounded by tropical plants. This is a great place to unwind at the end of the day. (OPTIONAL Spa Heating Fee applies. $10 per day or $250 per month.)
Harbor Lane House’s main area boasts an open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features granite counter-tops, stainless appliances, and has been FULLY STOCK with all new dishes, utensils, small appliances, and glassware. I have truly tried to think of everything you could need! (if something is missing, tell me and I will order and send it!)
The living area has a very comfortable leather sofa with chaise lounge and a flat screen TV and DVD player. Full cable TV package including the sports channels and the home has WIFI.
The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed and HUGE walk in closet. The master bath has his and her dressing sinks, tiled shower, toilet, and large medicine cabinets and under-counter storage space.
The laundry room is conveniently located just off the master bedroom and contains full-size washer and dryer purchased BRAND NEW as of May 2015.
Guest Bedroom #1 has a King size bed and Guest Bedroom #2 has two twin beds.
About a block from Harbor House is Oakes Farms, a very popular, locally sourced upscale organic grocery store with an outstanding deli, bakery, and fresh meats and seafood. It is the hottest spot in town for buying fresh fish and the bakeries Key Lime Pie is to die for!
The quickest route to the white sand beaches of Naples is just 2 miles away -- straight out 5th Avenue South. Really, just head west a few blocks through the sophisticated neighborhood within the City of Naples and virtually any avenue will end in at the beach. Metered parking for visitors is available. We ride our bicycles to the beach several times per week!
Less than 1.5 miles to the luxury shopping, dining, and art district of 5th Avenue South in Downtown Naples and the design district starting on 10th Street South. And don’t overlook the chic 3rd Street South in Old Naples. You and your guests can easily bike to downtown and out to the beach.
Harbor Lane House is a mere 1 mile from the fun and funky Florida waterside shops and fresh catch restaurants of Tin City on the Gordon River as well as the Port of Naples Marina, home to Naples Princess Cruises (perfect choice for a sunset voyage) and where you can charter a fishing excursion or a guided jet ski dolphin tour. At the marina, you also can rent a boat, jet skis, kayaks, and paddle-boards. Duck under the overpass and follow the Riverwalk to the exquisite Bayfront district – luxury shops and fine dining packaged in posh European-style architecture.
Less than 3 miles from popular, family-friendly Naples Zoo, The Conservancy of Southwest Florida, and the main entrance to the Gordon River Greenway nature trail.
If you love to golf, The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club is a mere 3.25 miles away. The resort’s 18-hole course is open to the public and has been voted "Southwest Florida's Best Public Course" and "Top 50 Women Friendly Golf Courses.” Also open to the public is the club’s tennis center, which features 6 Har-Tru courts, a pro shop, and a team of professional players led by a former U.S. Tennis Association champion.
Another 18-hole public course nearby is the Hibiscus Golf Club. The recently-re-landscaped Hibiscus features one of the few public practice facilities in Southwest Florida.
Julia & Chuck: Well, this is an East meets West story! I (Julia) was living in Naples Florida and working as executive for a popular tropical inspired clothing/restaurant company and Chuck was living in Orange County CA managing his own thriving business. Mutual friends organized a chance meeting and it was instant attraction. After 5 years of dating long distance, I moved west but Chuck had fallen in love with Naples with the same passion I have about this incredible city!! Ultimately, we knew we would return!! Harbor Lane House is a step in that long term plan to return!

We love this neighborhood and truly believe it is one of the up and coming sections of Naples.We are boaters! To have access to the Brookside marina is a huge benefit. The upscale development that will be taking place over the next 5 years will bring new amenities to the community. The Hyatt Hotel project that is currently under construction will bring 186 rooms, dining, and 60-slip marina less than 1/2 from Harbor Lane House! Also a proposed development of a luxury hotel site at the southeast corner of intersection of 41 & Davis Blvd. We love all that we can do within minutes of this location!! The house is quite, bright and refreshing! We are still adding some finishing touches and expect it will continue to evolve over the next few years, but it is perfect for us today!
Living like your on vacation every day! You know that feeling when your at a resort and everything your want to do or see is within walking distance or even if you drive off the resort, there is no need to go far.....well that the way we feel about Harbor Lane House!!!
The trip was wonderful! The house was in a great location and was a perfect set up for our dogs (fenced yard was nice so I didn't have to leash them every time we went to the back yard). Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.
The house was furnished lovely, had everything we needed. Was a pleasure to stay there. Nice food shop on the corner. The house was a short drive to the restaurants on third and fifth. And the beach and pier.

A beautifully decorated home with a well appointed kitchen ( great cookware, dishes, glassware), well suited for entertaining guests. On our arrival, everything was sparkling clean and welcoming. We especially appreciated the very comfortable beds . The backyard with spa is quiet and private. Within walking distance to Tin City and 5th Ave.
We appreciated that owners attended promptly to any concerns (which were few).
We loved everything about the home and location. The Oakes grocery store at the corner and a great walking neighborhood. Very close to 5th ave and the beaches.

The house is beautifully decorated and very clean located in a quiet neighborhood. We vacation in the area every year with 3 children and the accommodations were spectacular. The house was equipped with everything we needed including beach towels. The location is perfect and close enough to walk downtown to eat, shop or lounge at the beach. Cant wait to visit again next year.
