This downstairs Getaway has a full kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, dining area, hard wood floors throughout and a spacious outdoor patio complete with seating and barbecue! Both bedrooms are complete with luxurious bedding, ceiling fans, and Large flat screen TVs with cable for your vacation enjoyment. 1 Bedroom has a King bed and 1 has a Queen bed with sofa bed in front room that sleeps 2. Other amenities include high speed wi-fi, front room large flat screen TV, DVD player, cable, Netflix, coin operated washer/dryer in the laundry room located beside the garage. Beach enjoyment includes umbrella, ice chest, wagon, boogie boards, beach towels and 2 beach chairs.

WOW! What a great apartment and location!

Getaways A is a very nicely decorated beach theme 2 bedroom/1bath apartment with everything we needed for our 1week stay in CDM. It is located 1block from the CDM beach and lookout point for great sunset viewing. It is also very near restaurants and stores. The kitchen is well stocked and the bed was super comfortable. We loved sitting out on the patio which has several sitting areas, a large table and even a gas grill. There is also a private garage which came in handy when there was no parking near the unit. We visit California frequently because our son lives there and we will be staying in Getaway A as often as it is available.

PERFECT!!! Like a charming lil home away from home!!! Just a block from the ocean!!!

Had the perfect weekend getaway!!! An the owner Doug... was very helpful an made sure there were no hiccups an answered any questions I had before I even asked them!!! Was soooo perfect we didn't want to leave!!! Will for sure be planning another trip to this same property some time in the future!!!

Great Beach Getaway for couple or family.

We have stayed at Doug's numerous times, and each visit is special. Everything is perfectly organized. Everything works, so you can relax. One block to the ocean, and excellent restaurants, spas and shopping within 5 minutes. One bonus is your Unit has a designated parking spot in a garage, which avoids the issue of finding parking on the street. Whether you sit on the patio and people or ocean-watch, or just relax around the house, your blood pressure will drop 20 points.
