SUMMERS ONLY PLEASE: Charming, tranquil, renovated 2 bedroom apartment in an ideal Park Slope location on President Street just off Prospect Park. Easy walk to 2/3, B/Q, library, museum, botanical garden, zoo, the weekend Greenmarket and 7th ave. restaurants and shops. This sunny 3rd floor apartment has windows in every room, quiet tree-lined street views, and an open layout w/ connected living room and dining room. The kitchen and bath were both recently renovated, and the bedrooms are very quiet. The building has a large roof deck with a stunning view of the Manhattan skyline. There is convenient W/D and bike storage in basement.

SUMMERS ONLY--no availability until JUNE 2017 (mid-June to early September). One month min. stays only, please. No daily or weekly availability less than one month.

We're a family of four, with a 4 year old and a 6 month old. This is our home, however, we stay in nearby CT during the summer months.

Why Mark Mollica chose Park Slope

We fell in love with this place for 2 reasons. The first was completely obvious: location. It is VERY convenient to all of our favorite activities and places in the neighborhood. We are in the park and--perhaps even better--the botanical garden, as much as possible. With frequent commutes to Manhattan, we love the convenient trains. For arts, culture, and nightlife, there are the options on 7th ave, 5th ave, and lots in neighboring Prospect Heights, as well as BAM. And all of it is accessible from our quiet street.

The 2nd reason was all the old beauty just waiting to be restored. The layout has always been an apartment as opposed to the chopped up townhouses so common to the area and so it's more livable. The living/dining rooms are spacious, connected, and sunlit. The bedrooms are quiet and down a hall. Every room has a window. We've more or less gone over every inch of the place over the last several years, restoring all the beautiful oak moulding and renovating the kitchen and bath completely. It's been several years in the making and a real labor of love, but it's finished and we hope you'll enjoy the updates!

If you're looking for a truly classic Brooklyn location in a quiet, safe neighborhood with fantastic landmarks all around you, you've found the place. Also ideal for the traveler looking to know Manhattan while being able to return to a more relaxed space for their stay.

A lovely spot by the park

The apartment was perfect for my extended stay in NY and my hosts, were fantastic, making sure everything ran as smoothly as possible, from check in to check out.

The space was great, with everything exactly as described online. All the fixtures and fittings were of a very high quality and what a great location, so close to the park and all the wonderful restaurants Park Slope has to offer.

I'd definitely go back and stay there if I had the opportunity and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wanted a summer rental in Brooklyn.
