Beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 124 m² of living space and a 51 m² terrace with lovely views of the sea and mountains. The apartment is situated in a luxurious complex and is finished to a very high standard with marble floors throughout. It is well furnished and fully equipped. There is a huge master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom and bathroom are also spacious. The two bathrooms are marbled from floor to ceiling. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and armchair, a dining table and 4 chairs, TV, DVD player and stereo system. There is a separate breakfast kitchen fitted with ceramic hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwsher. A washing machine and tumble dryer may be found in the utility room. SATELLITE TV and FREE INTERNET ACCESS available. On the terrace, there is a large round table and 4 chairs where you can dine al fresco. There is a secure underground garage space and heated communal pool with sunbeds at your disposal.

Local Activities in and around El Duque: El Duque is an excellent base for golf and water sports devotees. There is also a superb gym and spa nearby.

Shoppers are well catered for too: designer shops abound and a local market is held on a Thursday and Saturday morning. The market is just a few minutes walk away.

Next to the market is a bus stop. From here you can get to virtually anywhere you want to go, whether it is Playa de Las Américas, Los Cristianos, Santa Cruz or Puerto de la Cruz etc. Good places to visit are Los Gigantes (nice quiet resort), Santa Cruz for the shopping (bus station is right next to El Corte Ingles - the biggest store on the Island) and Puerto de la Cruz for Loro Parc (really good zoo).

ENTERTAINMENT FACILITIES: Several British TV channels available including BBC1, BBC2, BBC3, ITV and Channel 4, as well as French, German and Spanish channels. OUTSIDE: The apartment has a terrace from which you have the most beautiful views of the sea and mountains. There is a round patio table with 4 chairs on the terrace. SECURITY: The complex has a secure entrance and video surveillance. There is a receptionist at the main reception during the day and evening security. There is a safe in the apartment. GENERAL: Our apartment is accessed from the main reception. The building has large open corridors and lifts to all floors. For the comfort of guests, smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Overall a great place to stay, but

The place is very nice, very large with everything you might need for a holiday, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, nice balcony with sea views.

But the apartment downstairs was being totally refurbished. They started work about 8.15 with moving about and generally talking. Then at 9am promptly every morning they started drilling and hammering, not the sort of start to your day on your holiday. Management knew about this and should have informed us when we booked to give us the chance to choose to stay at this noisy apartment or go somewhere quieter, it failed to do so resulting in a very disappointing stay. Also on the discription and from reading other reviews they said secure underground parking with the apartment, which we assumed was in with the price of the apartment. But when we arrived we were told we have to pay Maria (the meet and greet lady) that we had to pay an extra for the parking, which we paid her in cash.

What a great appartment

Bethany can only be commended on the quality of the furnishings and appliances unlike some rentals that have an attitude of it is a rental property therefore why put in good stuff...this appartment has exelent fixtures and fittings with everything plus that is needed to have a great holiday.and this is what we had...Maria explained all we needed to know.and the location and amienatiees first class.we will re book for our return and I thank Maria for her assistance for our two week stay..

Lovely spacious apartment in a beautiful and well maintained complex. Ideal location, 5 - 8 mins walk to beach, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment has everything you need and was spotless when we arrived. (We were met by Maria and shown around the complex).Have always stayed in Los Cristianos but this is definitely the favourite. Highly recommended

What a beautiful apartment! Spacious, spotlessly clean and 5 star Luxury. We have stayed in a number of the 5 star hotels in El Duque in recent years and decided instead this time to rent an apartment. A very good decision indeed. This apartment is ideally situated in the upmarket area of El Duque within a lovely,well maintained, secure and peaceful complex. It has a high quality finish inside providing ample space for a family of four. The master suite is huge incorporating a large ensuite bathroom.The apartment would benefit from some form of air conditioning although does boast large ceiling fans which help somewhat at the end of the day when the apartment is at its hottest. Satellite TV and Broadband were an asset and much appreciated by our daughters! The good restaurants, designer shops and beach of El Duque are a five minute stroll away and the slightly busier area of Fanabe is a ten minute walk. We will not be bothering with the 5 star hotels again but will definitely be returning to this complex. An equal in every way alternative.

Komfortabel mit guter Ausstattung( Waschmaschine/Trockner,umfangreiche Küchenausrüstung),viele deutsche Fernsehprogramme.Günstige Lage.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus,eine großzügige Eingangshalle, Tiefgarage, Pool...

Und - nicht zu vergessen - Maria Carmen an der Rezeption spricht sehr gut deutsch !

The appartement is very clean with a wonderfull view over the sea and surrondings. It takes a ten minutes walk to the beach of the Bahia del Duque resort, known as a five star hotel.

The welcome when I arrived was organised well and I was happy that the appartement was ready to unpack my things ( I arrived around noon)

I arrived when it was nearly third degrees but has to admit the appartement and also the terrace stays cool. The ventilator in the master bedroom is very helpfull to have a good night sleep when it is warm during the day

The wifi is very fast and good working comparing with the wifi of some restaurants and hotels.

The kitchen was well equiped so you can prepare food if you like.

I have enjoyed my stay and when returning to tenerife surely get in touch to rent your appartement.

The apartment is situated in a well-appointed complex and the surrounding area is delightful.

The 5* 'Bahia Del Duque' hotel is one of the Leading Hotels of the World and lies at the heart of the prestigious El Duque area. The gorgeous 'Playa Del Duque' is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. From here, you might take a stroll along the lovely promenade to the quaint fishing village of La Caleta and enjoy the fresh catch of the day. Or you might prefer to shop at the 'Plaza Del Duque' commercial centre, where you will find designer shops and fine restaurants and bars. Golf enthusiasts will not be disappointed either. Golf Adeje is a superb 18 hole golf course with outstanding scenery and is less than 5 minutes drive away.
