Your Luxurious Home In Old Town Fort Collins!
average rating of 4.888889 based on 18 reviews

If I lived in Fort Collins......

  • 5 of 5

This adorable cottage is THE spot for your Fort Collins vacation or stay. If I lived in Fort Collins I would want to reside in this special place. The home has easy access to the college and the historic downtown area (Old Town). Nicely updated with a roomy living room and master bath, the decor is pleasing and fun! The master bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in (ordering one for home, Serta Perfect Sleeper). There is a beautiful fenced in backyard with a grill. Book this place (unless I am in town) and you will be very happy with your Fort Collins experience!

Relaxing Home

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed sitting on the front patio with our morning coffee. Bikes are easily accessible and the ride to old town takes only a few minutes. Clean, quiet place with everything available for a relaxing vacation. I would definitely reserve the property again if I return to Fort Collins.

Very nice 1 BR Apt

  • 5 of 5

At first glance, the property looks a bit...let's say older. No need for concern. The inside is beautiful. Modern furnishing/appliances and very tastefully appointed. The bathrooms (one full, one half) are spotless and also quite modern looking, and the bedroom/bed, linens equally comfortable. The washer/dryer looked new, and detergent packet are in ample supply. I can't say much about the kitchen other than it also looks new (I didn't really do any cooking). The unit is within walking distance to the University, Old Town (10 min.), and various places to eat and drink. A bicycle in good working order was also provided, should that be your preferred means of transport (it's a very bike friendly area, with bike lanes everywhere). Wifi is excellent and so is the cable service. The back yard is quite large, with a table/umbrella and chairs for 4, and there is a nice size gas grill (which I did not use).

My only complaints...1. The parking situation is a bit hard to understand, especially in light of #3 below (a construction trailer was taking up the whole parking area). If you are facing the building, parking is down the alley on the RIGHT adjacent to the back yard (which will be on your LEFT, once you're in the alley). 2. There was construction going on in the adjacent unit, which is evidently being gutted and refinished. 3. The backyard light did not stay on. 4. The garbage situation is also a bit confusing, because the bin for trash is across the back alley (at least I hope that's what that was).

The first two issues were resolved with a quick call to/from the agent (although the response to voicemail took a few hrs). I didn't mention the third issue because I hadn't figured it out by then, and it really didn't impact me much. As for the garbage, I eventually figured it out (I think...you might wish to clarify).

Overall, an excellent property and I give it five stars because the living space is everything it should be and feels like home.

Great location, beautiful decor, large patio and yard

  • 4 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay at this duplex. It's in a great location – within walking or biking distance to Old Town. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was nice and bright and it had a lovely backyard space where we had a small cookout. Some nice touches were the ceiling fans which were needed on a couple of days. Another plus was the place had air-conditioning. The kitchen was well equipped. It was also nice to have a dishwasher. My only suggestions would be to get some of the older windows replaced as they had to be propped open in order to allow fresh air in. Also a dresser would have been helpful as storage space was at a minimum. But for our shorter visit it worked out just fine. Management was easy to contact and very responsive when we needed anything.

Perfect Stay in Fort Collins

  • 5 of 5

Property was in great condition with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms had plenty of towels and the stack-able washer/dryer was a great feature. We enjoyed its proximity to Old Town and the CSU campus also. The owner, Richard was in contact and came immediately to fix a minor issue (blown fuse) In general, we were more than pleased and would be happy to recommend or return for a repeat visit!
