We found this truly unique home for our owner and paid above market to secure this gem. There was just nothing like this in quality, size, condition, spacious outdoor area and with those views anywhere so close to Downtown attractions. This home was extremely well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The children enjoyed the large pool overlooking the lake. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking to vacation in Naples that wants a clean and comfortable place to stay.

We had some small issues along the way, but these were taken care of, and communication was easy both before and during our stay.
The house is great and has everything we needed for a great holiday.
We did think that the den/office was a separate room, and had counted on our teenager staying there. The pictures don't show this, but it's an open office, so you don't really get much privacy when you stay there. It worked out, though, but I suppose it would have been nice to know this before hand.
All in all a great holiday in a beautiful house, that was tastefully decorated and clean.
We were very satisfied! the house is clean, well situated. About 10 minutes to the beach, Naples Pier, which is our favorite! Communication with the owner, agent or accommodation is excellent! We lacked nothing! Recommended!
We found the house to be a great fit for what we needed. The size, features and set up (linens, kitchen utensils etc. patio chairs and tables, bicycles) were perfect for our vacation. The owners put some thoughtfulness into the set up. The décor, while not extravagant, was tasteful, comfortable and looked nice. Typically, we find rental houses to be pretty beat up from luggage and kids, but this was not the case and the house generally seemed fresh (minor exception was the pool deck which I had to hose down a couple of times to make it look and feel clean). We appreciated the neat, clean garage and the new, clean washer and dryer. The gas grille on the pool deck was exceptionally nice, clean and had a spare tank of propane (which we needed). The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom closets and drawers were extremely clean and uncluttered. The master bed was exceptionally comfortable and the pillows, blankets and bedspread seemed of very good quality.
The dishwasher and furnace were out of order, which weren't serious enough issues to call property management while we were there (I alerted them before we departed). The pool screens were loose, but we had some severe weather right before we came and during our stay.
The master bedroom carpet was VERY stained right inside the doorway and a pretty serious dirt path from that door to the bathroom door gave a bad impression. I imagine that white carpet in a rental house is probably very difficult to keep clean.
This may seem like a tangent, but the perception of the house is also unfavorably affected by the condition of the yard. Very weedy, untrimmed and needed the flower beds raked out from last season's leaves. I recognize that it is winter, but we saw many yards in the area that were just cleaned up and trimmed and gave a much neater impression. We had multiple friends over for entertainment and would have liked to see the house look a little more presentable from the outside.
This vacation was the first for us to stay for an extended period in one place. Based on our experience, we plan to do this again, and would like to stay longer ie. 30 days. With a few little changes, we would jump at the chance to lease this same house next year if it is available and recommend it to friends.
Kitchen had the essentials for cooking. Laundry room had starter laundry detergent which was helpful. Plenty of seating for a large family or group. Main living area was bright and airy. Fantastic view of the back yard/pool/water. Wonderful neighbors, very kind. Trees and plants around the home provided plenty of privacy for the pool area from other homes. Screened in pool was a MUST, so nice to sit out back and enjoy chatting during the evening. Lawn was maintained and well kept. Bathrooms and bedrooms were all very clean! Fresh blankets and sheets for each bed, with additional sheets if needed. Upstairs had three bedrooms, One with two twin beds, one with a queen and one with a king plus a TV. House had lots of storage! Plenty of blankets to keep warm and working ceiling fans in each room to cool off. Wonderful neighborhood for a bike ride, which the host provided in the garage. Heated pool was fantastic, provided some of the best memories of our holiday vacation. Great neighborhood for a walk. Publix Grocery store was exactly 1 mile from the house which made it super convenient to get groceries as needed. Plenty of shopping within 5 miles! Starbucks right down the road with drive through plus nail salons. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives! Great stay!
We found this home to be top notch and just what we wanted at only 10 minutes to the beach and 5th Ave. When we arrived we found the home clean (I am very particular and I was extremely pleased) and everything they said it would be. The kitchen was fully supplied with dishes and utensils. There were plenty of linens and bath towels. A few extra beach towels and beach chairs would have been nice as we had 7 people with 2 being children so there was a lot of beach and pool time.
The neighborhood was very nice and we loved that we had access to the fitness room and the pool there. Great area for walking. Publix, the local grocery, was only a few minutes away so that was very convenient.
The only thing we felt could use a little attention was the pool area. It needed to have been rinsed down better and the cushions were a little musty.
The rental company (Alexander) was excellent and very easy to work with.
We would definitely rent this home again and would highly recommend it to family and friends.
This is a great quiet neighborhood very close to all Olde Naples/Downtown attraction and beaches. It's just a straight shot down Davis Blvd. On the way to beaches & entertainment don't miss to stop by Oaks Farms food market for the best fresh local farm foods and fine groceries.
