*This condo is also less than 2 miles from Frank Brown Park which hosts many softball and baseball tournaments throughout the spring and summer.

This was our first time at the condo and we were very happy with it. It was perfect for us (two couples) giving us the privacy we needed. The beach side glass was great, giving you a view of the ocean no matter where you were in the room. This condo was very clean and comfortable and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
We arrived to our condo & couldn't have been happier. Our condo was clean, neat, smelt good & was stocked with everything that we could have possibly needed. The beds were comfortable & clean.Just as the pictures show we had 60Ft of windows which was lovely to look out at. The layout of the condo was perfect for girls trip. Being able to bring our pets was such a relief, the condo has grass in the front of the property to walk my dogs & if that wasn't enough I could walk across the street and there was more grass.The elevators worked without any incident on our trip, & they were always clean. The staff was friendly & attentive to our needs. Every morning the staff was cleaning the parking lot & washing off the pavement to keep it clean for us. The pool was wonderful, clean & very useful on the days we didn't want to get in the sand. The parking deck is the in shade at all times it was nice being able to pack our belongings back in the car not sweating in the blazing sun.
I will defiantly come back here & if you have the opportunity I recommend you do too.
We ate at Dusty's which is close by & it was tasty & had alot of options to choose from. (get there early or you have to wait) Margaritaville at Pier Park food was good, staff was wonderful.
Please book your next stay here prices are better than most condo's in PCB. Very peaceful & relaxing & safe...

this was our 2nd time to PCB Florida. this time we wanted to stay right on the beach and enjoy EVERYTHING first hand. we found 2020 PCB and their rates & website were a breath of fresh air. Drop dead pricing & no hidden fees or add ons. they were emailing me everything we needed and were great. the Unit at Seachase was awesome. It was pet friendly and for large dogs.(which is very very rare) our German Shepard is big but we go no where without her. this place was great for Dogs- Close to Dog Beach - Plenty of places to walk her for bathrooms or just to get out.- Carpet through out so she doesn't slip and hurt herself & a hose outside to rinse the BEACH off her before she came back inside. Great place and very relaxing.
as for Us....... what can you say but opening the double doors in the living room each morning sitting to eat breakfast listening to the Ocean. (vacation time) the place was stocked great in the Kitchen to cook meals so we didn't have to eat out every meal and Coconuts rest is 5 min walk away with Awesome food for all 3 meals.
downfall --- > stupid stuff like the coffee pot was horrible and leaked but we managed....but there is construction of new retail mart across street...so be prepared in 2016 to hear non-stop back up alarms and workers till sometime 11pm. ridiculous !!!! but it will be done by next year and we would COME BACK NO PROBLEM
We've been vacationing along the gulf coast for 30 years and this condo has the best view and so much room, it has become our favorite!! The ability to bring our little dog with us also adds so much to the relaxation -- we don't have to worry about her. Panama City Beach, itself, has so many nice, CLEAN, restaurants and overall, is a more pleasant vacation experience, worth the extra hour it takes us to get there.
We stayed here with our children and the condo is very spacious and fully equipped. The kitchen appeared to be recently renovated. There is an excellent view of the Gulf and the sunsets are fabulous!!! The beach is steps away and parking is right beside the condo. We rented bikes for the week and used them often to go to Pier Park (less than 2 miles) and to Thomas' Donuts (1.5 miles). We did bring our dog, but the grassy area is very small and I would not recommend large dogs stay here. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that the pool area was not that great. There is not a hot tub and the pool is not heated. We went in April so that would have been nice, but I am sure the pool is plenty warm in the summer. Also, there was construction on the exterior when we were there - surfacing and painting - so the debris, noise and blocked areas were a minor inconvenience, but that won't last forever and the work that had been completed looked great! I would definitely stay at this location again if I visited PCB and I highly recommend it.
The unit is delightful. Everything was clean, uncluttered, bright, and roomy, and the view is wonderful - from every room. The condo is so comfortable and so well equipped, I felt like a guest instead of a tenant. Seachase is at the quiet end of PCB - which made for a relaxing time. The grassy area in front was a perfect place to walk my dog - and was even equipped with poop bags. The pool is conveniently located between the buildings, so sounds did not drift up to the balconies. Corri and everyone at 20/20 Realty were marvelous to deal with. I can't wait to go back!
